The staff was amazing. I was having tooth pain with a scheduled appointment for the next day. They offered their walk in service to potentially get me in same day. When I arrived they greeted me and had me headed to the back before they even took insurance information. They were very thorough, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. The tooth extraction was painless, and cost effective. I found my dentist for life. Your crew ROCKS!!!

Everyone from calling in for the appointment to the X-rays to seeing the Dentist. Everyone was so welcoming and they heard what my concerns were - what I wanted to do first. They didn't try to push anything on me

I called this office on Tues. a.m. Was seen in this office Thurs. a.m. (only b/c I could not make it next day). I had a broken lower denture missing 2 front teeth. The staff was polite, kind, and helpful. They asked if I needed a mask and I declined and they were polite about it. They took x-rays and I saw the doctor. They were able to fix my denture like it was never broken! I walked out of their office the same day 3 hours later with my teeth fixed! Amazing! The price was very competitive and I was more than happy I chose Aspen Dental for my needs! Many Kudos to the staff at Aspen Dental and best wishes! Jim Graham

I think the care itself is fine. However the company is clearly excessively focused on the for-profit aspect. They are constantly pushing treatments that are expensive, unnecessary, and not covered by insurance.

My first time to Aspen Dental and I found everyone there from the X-ray tech, the Hygienist, and the Doctor, to the Financial specialist, to be great, Kind and assuring.. I will be returning there again and again and with my teeth, again... Don't put it off like I did.

Very professional and clean setup. they explained my options and put together a plan of action. They are not the cheapest Dentist, but the staff was skilled and clear about everything we needed to do.

Their call center that schedules appointments, doesnt know which insurance the offices they schedule for take. So they schedule you without knowing if they are wasting your time or not. They also vant give you accirate cash prices over the phone. Was told they take my insurance over the phone, and copay would be around $58. We get there this morning, and it was going to be $250 cash up front and no they dont take my insurance. They also did not care to look at or correct their office hours on Google, when the error was shared with them. Needless to say, I drove less than 2 miles to Gentla Dental and got helped.

I went in because I lost a filling . I ended up with a bill of over $2,000.00 and that did not have my crown on it. I think this business is out to get as much money as they can.

I visited the Eugene location by valley river center and the staff there are amazing. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist but everyone there made me feel so comfortable and so valued. Francis is a hygienist there and he is incredible. He understood my anxiety issues and did everything possible to make me feel better about the whole thing. He has the warmest and kindest personality and truly cares about the patients. I will always be coming back to them from now on and will forever be grateful for how comfortable they make me feel during my appointments. Thank again Francis and the entire team. You're all amazing

Going to the dentist was a horrible experience for me. There a so many dentist to choose from. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else.

I was in horrible pain Saturday and Sunday. I called Monday and unfortunately they couldn't get me in but they got me in the earliest time on Tuesday. Since I was a walk-in. During my phone call they told me that it might take me a couple hours of waiting since they were trying to get me in between appointments. I don't know if it was my lucky day but I was called in 15 minutes from my arrival! The staff was so kind and patient and I felt so welcomed. They were also able to help me save money since I am uninsured and they were able to get me in for a root canal the next day. I definitely will go again!

I have had need of extensive dental work and care and I have been very happy with the way I have been treated at Aspen Dental. I especially appreciated Dr. Hussein being so conscientious about explaining what she was doing and what to expect and the fact that she even said she was going to have to lean close to me and to let her know if she was "too in my personal space". Obviously a dentist will have to get in your personal space while working on your teeth, but this made it clear to me that Dr. Hussein takes a trauma-informed approach. It made the whole thing less stressful for me as a trauma survivor. I would recommend Aspen Dental 100%.

The hygienist , Francis, was prompt to start my treatment.he is very friendly, very gentle and makes good recommendations for good dental /gum health. He's is a true professional. As well as the front office personnel - friendly and helpful to accommodate my personal schedule to set up future appointments.
