They were nice but their dentures are of poor quality they didn't fit well told them there was a big gap in the back and they said don't worry about it. I asked them to reline them and they said they only do it when you have your teeth pulled.

Great place with fantastic people! I would definitely recommend this Aspen office to anyone needing a dentist. They saw me quickly after a broken tooth and have helped me out quite a bit! The people are very nice, courteous, and helpful! I am pleased that I chose to go here!

I wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental in Estero to anyone. They don't do what they are supposed to during an exam. They take improper notes. Because of the improper note taking you are then required to go back in for another exam. The hygienist is awful. The dentist doesn't even bother to see clients while hygienist is working on the patient. Don't waist your time on this dentists office.

42 yo male. No insurance. These guys are brutal. Went in because I chipped some teeth hiking and had light pain on another tooth. Needed a root canal. They wouldn't treat it without agreeing to a deep clean for $3000. Granted I needed a cleaning but C'mon. Price for the root canal was 10-20% higher than other nearby offices too, rather than the 10% lower they advertise. Then About $400 per chipped tooth bonding. Was nuts. The hygienist makes you feel terrible and the business office guy (Brent I think) was rude, unclear and unprofessional. Walked out refusing service. Went to coconut point dental. What a difference with respect to cost, compassion and professionalism.

My experience with Aspen Dental was very smooth and enjoyable! The office is clean and the staff is friendly. Gerardo is a great hygienist-- he walked me through the entire cleaning process to make me feel comfortable and effectively helped me address some gum issues I was dealing with. I would recommend to others looking for a new dentist office!

Wonderful staff and Dr. Low was attentive to my needs and informative. The wait times were a little much but honestly, considering the fact that Hurricane Ian had just hit, it was a great experience overall.

The staff has been so helpful in my dental needs and very timely. Tahimi has gone above and beyond through my many dental appointments.

Sad, when the technician knows more then the doctor. Manager has no idea about anything. Money, money, money. Unprofessional.

So glad we came here actually my son in law who is a doctor recommended Aspen Dental for my husband. My husband couldn't be happier with his new dentures. Not only were they quick to make them they were very patient n caring to make sure they fit right. This place is amazing from the receptionist to the manager the technician the dentist all professional n caring. Also there were no follow up appointments needed for adjustments which is usually understandable with new dentures but no not needed they fit perfectly comfortable! Thank you Aspen Dental!

The people at Aspen Dental were extremely nice, I was very comfortable. They helped find ways so I can get all the dental work done that I need. I am very grateful I went to them first .

Dr. Soto, Mgr. Harold, Mercedes and other two techs and front office personnel were absolute pleasure to deal with. Their professionalism and depth of knowledge in their respective field of work was a text book example for other offices to follow. Their work ethics and serving the patient like me with honesty and integrity impressed me and made me believe in their diagnosis and my treatment. I whole heartedly thank them all for taking such a good care for my dental need. They seem to have a great sense of humor as well and made me feel like I had known them very closely even though I visited that office in Estero for the first time. Sincerely, Mayank Patel

My appointment was at 3:30 because the crown I had broke. The crown that broke was done by Aspen Dental 5 years ago. I was told at the time the crown would last 10-15 years. I arrived early to fill out the new patient paperwork even though I've been to Aspen Dental before. Apparently if you haven't been back In 4 years they consider you a new patient. I wasn't called back until 4:10. They did X-Rays and the girl that did them was nice and efficient. When I was taken to the room for an exam the hygienist who did it was very hard to understand. She didn't have an accent it was just hard to understand what she was saying. After the exam I waited for the dentist. He came in for about 2 minutes and approved the treatment plan the hygienist suggested. I was taken to another waiting room and sat for 30 minutes. I was asked to come out and go over the treatment plan, the cost and payment. It was suggested I do a deep clean with antibiotics for the majority of my teeth and that I should do that before getting the broken crown replaced (which was the entire reason I went there). The cost for all of this with insurance was more than I could afford. I asked if there was a more affordable option and the answer was "I don't think so". The guy I was talking to suggested a no interest payment plan, but I'm trying to buy a house and taking out a loan for dental work will hurt my chances and let him know that. Then he says "maybe we can deep clean the area around the crown and do the rest later". Good on him for saying that, but why wasn't that an option first? I get they're trying to make money. It's a business, but come on? My appointment took over 2 hours for a broken crown that was supposed to last 10-15 years and I felt like they were trying to squeeze every dollar they could put of me. I went to a different Aspen Dental for the root canal, crown and cleaning 5 years ago and the experience was night and day different. Maybe they were having a bad day and trying to upsell me, upset me more.

My first time at Aspen Dental. Everyone from my first call to set up the appointment to the oral surgeon was great. I plan on making Aspen Dental my new place for all dental work.
