I had 5 crowns done 3 years ago. everything was great. So this past Thursday 11/03/22. I received my bride to complete my full smile. its great.. but everything about this dental office now compared to then is night and day. I got laid off at the beginning of oct. I told Julie this. She said the insurance wouldn't b a problem. im good for the month. and she knocked money off. 1000 bucks . sweet. I couldn't refuse. so I agreed to go forward and paid her right then 2,160 I believe. im not rich but I really wanted the work done. they grind 3 of my teeth down. the girl helping never rinsed my mouth out before I left, I had to ask her for my next appt card. she rushed me out. a few days later they call and need me back in. I was there for 3 more hours. I assumed it was something simple. nope, they had to numb me up and grind more teeth away. Im glad I prepared and ate before I went up there. oh, wait I didn't. bc I thought assumed I'd b in n out. the nurse precious was fantastic. she was the most professional person in there. also the dentist was alright. she was solid. so, that extra 3 hr visit pushed my bridge back. also I was scheduled for sept 21st. I used pto at work for a 1pm appt. I go there and the doors locked for a meeting. Noone called me. wasted more time. and money. Julie tells me they fired there manager or whoever. ok I guess I forgive you. then I find out the guy put his 2 weeks in...ok, I woulda lied to me too..anyways. I go to get my bridge in. Julie pulls me up to her desk, my insurance has been canceled, and now I need to come outta pocket even more. again. no warning..even though Julie knows I'm not working and told me my insurance would b ok. and bc the dentist didn't grind my teeth down properly the 1st time, and also the manager quitting in Sept,. so bc of aspen dental mistakes my bridge kept getting pushed back until my insurance ran out. I should not have had to hand over another 260 bucks bc they messed up. moneys tight enough right now as it is. I love the teeth now. my smile is great. I feel I should be reimbursed that 260 , bc that wasn't my fault AT ALL. I woulda fought it then, but just wanted my smile back. then on my way out Julie tries selling me on some more work on my lower jaw. im not mad at her, but you know im not working and literally have seen or talked to the insurance people. so u know this isn't the time. shes a good earner for aspen dental. it was way more professional this time 3 years ago. and I repeat, #preciousisyourgirlupthere. I won't tell u too, but she deserves a promotion. respectfully, joshua schneider 11/07/2022

Horrible experience!! Beware!! I had an active infection in my tooth that no one mentioned. Even after x rays!! It was causing horrible pain and my jaw was visibly swollen but the "dentist" (who didn't even ask where it hurt) wanted to pull my wisdom teeth first. Wow. With a HUGE gaping hole and an abcess causing pain. No antibiotics were prescribed....... PEACH STREET DENTAL (no insurance required)right across the street was very thorough and gave me a FULL examination and spoke to me like a person. They herd you like cattle here and overlook the personal experience COMPLETELY!!! USE CAUTION HERE AT ASPEN !!

I had an appointment today to remove my 4 wisdom for almost $1300 and that's what was agreed on. Today before I go inside to remove them, they had a talk with me that the doctor who's removing saw my x-ray and two of my wisdom teeth are hitting the bone so it will be an extra work so they charged me extra 400$. Why would you give me a price first and then change it later on, I find it unfair. No matter what works it needs we already agreed before on the price why that (change in mind) came after .. the overall surgery was good work I'm not denying that, but then raising the price as soon as I go inside to get my wisdom removed I found it so unprofessional. 1 star

What a wonderful crew at the Ashtabula Aspen Dental. My 88 year old Uncle had facial swelling and pain we called the Erie Aspen but they where short staffed so I called Ashtabula office and from the moment I called spoke to Nikky so pleasant, caring and schedule an appointment for that day! Then we had the pleasure of meeting Tina and Dr Mike they made a very tough day very pleasant. We may need to drive 40 minutes farther but that office is well worth the drive. Thank you for such a caring office Sincerely Don and his niece

I called and scheduled an appointment that i knew i needed a root canaI and I had broken my tooth. I was running 10 mins late so i called the meadville office and they told me they couldnt see me. I went in to the peach st location and told them the issue and they scheduled me the next couple of days. When i got there I waited for over 45 mins to be seen. There were 4 people that were scheduled AFTER me that were seen BEFORE me. Then, after my long wait, I seen the dentist for about 4 mins then they moved me into a different room they called the consult room. There I waited for another 45-60 mins while people were coming and going in front of me. Once I finally made it to the office manager she started talking about different dates and that's when I knew they were not going to fix my tooth or any other work. Then she told me they don't do root canals there and the closest she could get me was in Ashtabula Ohio! Complete waste of my time. I was there for over 2 and half hours and they did nothing for me! I will never go with them again and the prices they quoted were ridiculous!

(Edited) I went into Aspen Dental for a routing x-rays and cleaning, I had two issues, there was no hygienist on site so I could not get the cleaning done which was more of an annoyance than anything because I had no idea. The second issue was that I was charged an extra work fee by the dentist who looked at my teeth for 30 seconds that was not covered by insurance. I had no idea this kind of thing even occurred so I certainly was upset. The customer service team contacted me after I voiced my issue online and nullified the charge that I was not aware of. I will have no issue using Aspen Dental in the future thanks to an excellent customer service experience.

Staff was very friendly and polite. The doctor was a woman and that's a first for me. she was amazing . I didn't even feel the numbing shot when she administered it. I've been going to Aspen for two years now and there wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone that's looking for quality and effective fast service. .

3 years ago maybe this deserved my 5 stars. In the last year, I have had to reschedule more appointments than I've been able to show up at. Seems like nobody except the front desk help want to keep working there. I mean, I'm on my third manager, and third oral surgeon in 3 yeats

Today was my 2nd time visiting the Ashtabula Aspen Dental location. I was in extreme pain from a tooth infection and I was in need of desperate help. I know I may have been challenging to help in my situation, but the Aspen Dental team did an amazing job. Everyone was very patient with me and showed compassion. I appreciate all of the help from this staff. Dr. Morrison was quick to assist me even when all other staff members were going to lunch. Above & beyond service and care. Thank you.

Went for a filling and the next month it became worse. I booked my appointment 2 months out and a week week before I get a call saying they want to cancel it. Left them voice messages and called them for a week but they never picked up or returned my call.
