I've been to Seabrook, Rochester and Epping, and I will not go anywhere but Epping for dental Dr. Lee and the staff at the Epping office will handle your dental needs with no pain and hassle, thank you Dr. Lee and staff, I will not go anywhere else and will highly recommend the Epping office.

I go to Aspen dental in epping nh. I went to the office on 8/1/22 for bite wing xrays and one of my front teeth had a small piece of tooth break off. The girls at the front desk were wonderful. Dr Luo and her assistant had me in there to fix my front tooth. They were both wonderful and kept me informed of everything. I didn't even need novocaine and Dr Luo fixed my tooth within 15 minutes. She is like an artist when it comes to teeth. I am sooooooo happy with how it came out. I can smile again without being self conscious.

I would like to thank Dr Lou and Taylor for an enjoyable experience. Dr Lou takes the time to answer any questions that you have and Taylor is just great with you. Big shout out to the two of them.

Went in to have a crown reattached. Last time a crown fell out (~4 months ago) the Aspen Dental dentist cleaned it and put it back on. Very easy. This time in Epping NH the dentist insisted on 3 numbing injections, also needed 4 x-rays. She finally reattached the crown but it didn't fit. I had put it on temporarily with Fixodent and it fit fine. She had to drill off a high spot, so now I have a white porcelain crown with a silver patch. Thanks for your reply, but there is nothing to add to my review. No sense in calling to say the same thing.

My third visit to Aspen dental. This one in Dawsonville, Ga. My last 2 were Loganville, Ga., and Epping, NH. All my visits were pleasant and the personnel were courteous and respectful. The procedures were explained well and performed well.

The providers here were great. My issue is with the predatory and outright sleazy financing company comenity bank. Can't leave them a google review though so here we are. Honestly I loved getting work done at aspen but the complete nightmare experience I've had with their financing partner makes me never want to do business again. If you do go to aspen just use a credit card or cash. Financing through comenity was such a horrible choice I don't wish it on anyone. I hope aspen reads the reviews. Go look at how awful they treat your customers. It will continue to hurt your business. Please consider changing to a company that isn't screwing people over.

I've had to call in every single time to follow up just to get the answer "the surgeon will reach out to you by Thursday". Been waiting since September. Everything is explained very vaguely, so if you aren't a dentist expect to be racked with charges and suggested "required services" that are completely unnecessary. Could use my $300 back for the service that was never completed. Awful.

I love the dentist and all the office staff. The lady that cleaned my teeth was exceptionally kind and careful. The dentist is efficient, friendly, and puts me at ease. This is the first office I have ever been to and felt like the listened, cared, and most of all were doing their best for me. Highly recommended!!

So done with Aspen Dental. They are lying about confirming appointments. I never received emails, text messages or phone calls to confirm appointment. And then you show up , they say it's cancelled because you never confirmed.

Absolutely worst experience. Went in for a filling a few months ago and it fell out while I was driving home. I called the office back to let them know what had happened and they told me it would be a few days for me to get back in. Luckily I was able to be squeezed in same day. Had a different dentist fix my tooth, however, that filling also fell out. I went to another dentist to have this checked out and was notified that they had drilled way too close to the root pulp and a root canal was recommended. After talking to the Epping office again, they informed me that they were only going to refund me for the filling and not fix my tooth or provide any more assistance on the matter. The office manager was abhorrently rude during our conversation. I'm still fighting for them to fix this problem. Not a single patient should have to pay for their mistake. Stay far away from this office. Update: Was supposed to receive a call from higher ups to resolve problem. Never received a phone call. Still fighting for them to fix their mess.

I hadn't been to the dentist's in quite some time as my dentists left practice. I was able to sign up with Aspen Dental online and get in. It was a quick process. All the new patient forms were available to be completed online and getting a quick appointment was easy. I was able to get an appointment within a week. Soon, I was getting all of my x-rays and getting my first evaluation. Now, I already have a treatment plan in place and already scheduled for a cleaning. Easy, quick, painless. Very nice!

Aspen has the most up to date equipment to use and are very through in their treatment for cleaning, X-ray treatment, and explanation about the patients' needs. I was impressed about that. They were very generous with their samples and I learned I had a condition no dentist ever told me about before. However, the day after I had a cleaning and Xray there I had a big sore on the roof of my mouth and the other side of my mouth hurt some when i chewed. Don't know what caused that.

All the women: Dr. Daza, Kaylee, Savannah, Fairlight and Suzy, were very friendly, welcoming, gentle and professional. I'm so glad that I decided to give them a chance. I have absolutely no regrets and highly, highly recommend these women and this clinic to everyone.
