I would give doctor Ahmad and the scheduling department 10/10 but everything else went wrong - I waited for about 40 mins and the front desk was pushing me to pay future surgery when I was not committed to the surgery. She also had me fill out a form where I had to provide my SSN and monthly income and told me I'd be qualified for certain financial plan with low interest - the thing is, I never asked for that. It was very uncomfortable and made me feel like the clinic was more into $$ than patient's health.

Wonderful service in person and over the phone. Dr. Went over in detail regarding my dentures, fit etc. the assistants were all polite and quick to help me get comfortable.

Other then tem trying to make me buy a expensive toothbrush without my consent, everything went well ,they care a lot about the patients and are very clear about payment option, just no clear what's in your bill, so I'd say, always look your receipt.

Great experience, from checking in, to f-rays, to meeting with the dentist who was so kind and funny. The place is impeccably clean, and top of the line equipment. I highly recommend it!

Everyone in this office is highly incompetent. There is never anyone at the desk to answer the phone or check you in. You spend most of your time sitting and waiting. I was there for 2 hours, and only 20 minutes of that time was spent on my appointment. I finally just walked out. Your initial exam doesn't even include a cleaning. Their prices are higher than the average prices for similar work elsewhere. Don't waste your time here. Seriously the worst.

Dr. Ahmed was very professional. All the nurses were very nice and helpful. Had a troubled tooth and with two hours I came back for the appointment to get it out. Within 45mins I was in and out.

very experienced. I have no insurance and they went above and beyond to help me so I can get my bad teeth takin out. had the x-ray this morning and I go back tomorrow afternoon to get them taken out..

Professional, Courteous. Clean, and very well mannered staff and facility. Made me feel comfortable and helped with all my needs and concerns. From the receptionists, hygienist, dentist, and check out all around great ppl and appts. I couldn't complain about a thing A+

I made a 1 o'clock appt. I had asked if i needed 2 appts to get what i needed done in one visit so i wouldn't be taking off work a second time. I was told i would have everything completed. When i got the phone call for their verification a day before the appt i was told i would not be getting the cleaning in this visit. I arrived first in their office after their lunch at 1245 for my appt at 1. I had my paper work done before 1. Two people who arrived at 1 (at least 1 of them seemed personally known by staff) were taken back before me and one left while i still sat in the waiting room. I approached the front desk after nothing was said by 1:45 and asked what happened. Nothing was said. Essentially they had me take off work for an appointment that didn't exist. They had 2 people working on teeth and two customers that went back at 1. There was no one there to cover my appt. (A tooth pain appt that should never have been bumped for a walk-in who was told at arrival she had an appt the next day)

I'm either overlooked , overbooked, or time is managed inadequately. 0830 appt. And at 0940 I finally was attended. Still on the fence folks.

What a joke!!!! I make an appointment online cause no one answers the phone. Got confirmation on my appointment and received a phone call the day before to confirm again and get insurance information. Sounds like everything is going smoothly. Mind you I'm in extreme pain and need this appointment BADLY. I got to my appointment this morning and I was told that they don't expect my insurance. When my insurance is listed on their website!!!! Unbelievable! I wasted time and still in excruciating pain. This should have not happened I should've been told the day before that my insurance wasn't accepted not the day of. Poor training, communication, and respect from staff!!

Do not waste your time.. Go to Affordable Dentures and Implants instead! Aspen Dental is way over priced quoted me around 14,000 and the Receptionist was extremely rude. I went to Affordable Dentures and Implants on Fruitville pike in Lancaster the following Monday and was VERY pleased. Amazing customer service and a fraction of the cost.

Worst customer service ever. Avoid being the next victim and waiting many hours of your time sitting in a waiting room and in a dentist office.These people are crooks, stay away.

Let me say the dentist and staff is great, except for the office manager.she kept changing my appointments and then when I would get there and waited an hour just to hear sorry we can't help you today.in one week they did this twice. Finally got my dentures.within 6 hours of having them in one of the tooth fell out of my dentures and the metal pieces poke me in my mouth.got in there as they were closing all the said was they would let me know when it was fixed.hoping they will make things right with me sense I made sure they got paid for their services right away. And maybe if they keep having such issues with their lab change lab then. Really disappointed.

Bad service. Hard to reach the office when you need to and then they place you on hold for over 10 minutes. Recommend a different dentist.

Even though i made dental appointment to Ephrata,pa location they called me they don't do cleaning only dental exam.What a joke they wait the whole 5 days without telling me they will only do dental exam.This is playing with my time.Avoid this location.

Everyone there only cares about making money. I got every xray done that were unnecessary since I came in for an emergency appointment for one tooth. The hygienist poked at my gums once, said I had no cavities and then walked out. The dentist then came in, looked at my tooth for 3 seconds and then said it had to come out as well as all or my wisdom teeth. I was confused as to why until they showed me that it would cost $630 for each tooth to get removed. No wonder why they kept pressing me to get them all out. No one cared about what I wanted. I did not feel like I had control over decisions being made over my body. I moved to another dentist and they made it almost impossible to get copies of the xrays. I had to go in person to fight for them. I warned everyone that I know to never go there! I've never been treated with so much disrespect from a medical office before! Horrible!
