My family and I have been an Aspen dental patience for 4 years. In September 2022, I had an appointment set for October to get a filling because I had tooth decay. They canceled my appointment because the doctor wasn't comfortable about giving me a prescription for my appointment. The dentist and dental assistant suggested the prescription. Drove 2 hours the day before the appointment to pick up the meds and she said she wasn't comfortable. I have severe anxiety over needles. Made me feel like i was being profiled as a drug user. I am clean. Referred me to the Enterprise office. Made 3 attempts to schedule an appointment with no call backs and 2 attempts at the Dothan location. I had to write an review for them to call me back to say they don't want to see me as a patient because they are knowingly know I have a tooth decay and allowing me to be in pain and causing future problems, which is negligence on behalf of this office. I will be filing a report with Alabama's dental associates and a complaint with insurance company. Would not recommend Dothan or Enterprise Aspen Dental Locations

I haven't been to a dentist in years and was afraid to go again. The staff at aspen dental in enterprise Alabama made It such a pleasant experience and we're super helpful explaining things to me and setting up my future appointments around my work schedule. Wouldn't go anywhere else for dental work

What a joke this place is. They cancelled my appointment because they didn't talk with me the day prior. I never received a call from them. Not to mention all they wanted to do on the first visit is talk about it. I've been talking to people about this tooth problem for a few weeks now and it hasn't fixed the problem yet. All I wanted is a tooth pulled and a partial made.

I have never received such detailed care at any other dentist office. The scope of the xrays & other care was great.

I had serious concerns since I am losing teeth due to a health condition and I wanted to know all my options. Staff was fairly friendly. Someone checked my gums and most of my numbers were in the acceptable range. The woman who checked my gums looked in my mouth more than the dentist did. The dentist was Extremely rude and dismissed my concerns instead of offering any explanations, choices or solutions. I had to actually ASK him to look at my teeth. The TV commercials certainly imply discussion of the best solution for your needs, but clearly if a patient wants more than regular dental work, this place is not interested.

Worst Dental cleaning EVER! First I get there and the front desk trys to over charge me 22.00 dollars. Then she basically dry scraps my teeth. Puts fluoride on my teeth and sends me on my way WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO RESCHEDULE MY NEXT THREE MONTH CLEANING. Like I should want to come back

I had an pleasant experience going to Aspen Dental in Enterprise for the first time! All staff were friendly, sweet, and helpful from check in at the front desk to check out. I'm really glad that I choose Aspen Dental/Enterprise for my dental needs. I do recommend this office if you are looking for all dental care.

The doctor was great. Made me feel comfortable. The nurses, what can I say about them, heartwarming, easy going, like family. I will be back. If you have a dought, get rid of it, go to them. The level of help they gave me is unreasonable.. Thanks to them, my fear has faded away.

If I could I would go lower... I felt like I was treated VERY rude by the owner and his staff in Enterprise Al, the owner is giving his company a bad name the Dothan branch was very professional it's sad that he owns that branch too because they was trying to work with me but he took them no he didn't need my service but I wasn't the one being rude...

Aspen dental was awesome!!! After calling around half the day yesterday, I was seen at 8 this morning!! After X-rays, talking with the dentist, and discussing options, a plan was formed. No pressure, great staff and very informative. Would highly recommend this group!!!

My visit was a great experience. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful which helps ease my anxiety (I've never had a good experience at a dentist office). Dr Patchett was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He reviewed all my X-rays with me and we discussed a plan of care.

I'm really glad I visited ASPEN DENTAL!! Everyone I came in contact with was helpful with helping understand what was being done and coming up with an affordable treatment plan. I will definitely be recommending them to others!!
