Called and they gave me an appointment, immediately called me back and said they have to reschedule even though I'm in pain, I told them I wanted to just cancel and the person rudly hung up, very unprofessional.

This entire office is nothing but a revenue scheme. My 72 year old father went in for dental clearance, so he can be approved for his heart surgery. his teeth where removed and his heart appointment was scheduled. A dying man now needs to wait a month, a whole mounth now because THIS DENTIST REFUSED TO GIVE MEDICAL CLEARANCE TO A DYING MAN SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE. My father had his teeth pulled, and after two weeks they didn't give clearance because he hasnt gone in for a follow up. (That they never informed his POA of)These people are charlatans and they tried to upheav my dying fathers urgent heart surgery. They arnt people, theyre monsters who care only about lining their pockets with the insurance of the less fortunate

Incompetent staff doing the billing. Tried charging my wife for our yearly cleaning which is covered by insurance. Tried demanding that she has to pay even tho my wife informed them it is covered like it always has. I went in a week later and spoke to the manager to try and fixed it. I asked why my wife always deals with them trying to get her to pay out of pocket and never harass me about it. I asked if they have predator practices against certain customers. 2 weeks later why whole family get a letter saying they will not longer accept us a patients. And they continue to send me a bill of $192 even tho my insurance shows it was paid in full. Horrible service and staffing.

This place is a joke. Scheduled multiple appointments to have them be canceled over and over. One of those times was 45 minutes before the appointment! If you are in need of a dentist don't waste your time trying to be seen here.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Terrible customer servise , zero compassion for the patient. They made my pain worse than it was before I showed up there. Long story short, I came with an EXTREME tooth pain, they took 18 X-rays, I waited 30min in the dentist chair just for the dr to show up, instead of treating my PAINFUL tooth, they wrote me a treatment plan for $10,000 without even asking if I'm INTERESTED in treatment with them. All they needed from me was money. I came in the next day, all I needed was a small filling, Dr Richa Mahatme put a new filling in, 6 hours later that same day that tooth started to hurt 20 times more, I wasn't able to close my jaw or even touch it with my tongue, I was in agony. I wasn't able to sleep and eat for 4 days because of the "treatment" I received from an unprofessional dr Richa Mahatme. Needless to say on the day of my appt that dr never asked me how my tooth felt or showed any kind of interest in me, I felt like she wants me gone ASAP, just leave the money at their office. I would not recommend coming to Aspen Dental event to my worst enemy.

Would absolutely not recommend to anyone. Back in May I was experiencing tooth pain so i decided to go to Aspen to get the issue resolved. As a new patient I had to get a full exam done prior to them extracting my tooth which I had no issue with. I then scheduled my tooth extraction, which I had done, followed by a third appointment being a regular cleaning/follow up. I ended up paying close to 600$ for all procedures which I was fine with. Fast forward to now, I went to a different dentist due to needing an appointment asap, which afterwards I checked my insurance claims/spoke to a representative to find out Aspen over charged me by 330$ back in May.I paid out of pocket for all my procedures, which they then filed to my insurance who covered a portion. However I was never notified nor refunded the difference. Upon calling to resolve this issue they told me that the refund would not be 330$ however 195$ because a toothbrush they "are going to send me home with" (was told at the time it was free/price was not mentioned at all) was actually 135$. Even so I said that was fine, I still however am missing my refund of 195$. To which I was told they would send me an email of all of my account information, as well as call me back to confirm everything was handled. Never received a call back, and am still waiting. On top of all of this one of the receptionist likes to give out personal information that does not relate to the patient in question. Some how my insurance representative was told my mother (she knew my mothers full name which was apparently given to here by the dentist without any permission) already spoke to them and they were handling this, however 1. My mother had no idea of any of this 2. I'm nearly 30 years old and 3. Somehow an account I JUST set up in May with my NEW insurance got linked to my mother's account. Also worth mentioning Aspen told me I would need 8 cavities filled, which would cost me close to 2000$ give or take. The new dentist I just went to found a SINGLE cavity, the rest of the "cavities" were just deep staining. How a dentist couldn't tell the difference between cavities and staining is beyond me, but either way DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The place is nice but I'm currently home crying in bed as I went there today with severe pain on an emergency basis and they sent me home with an appointment 3 days from now to start treatment. I have never been sent home from a dentist with pain like this and have had them do nothing to help me.

The staff was very respectable and detailed about what was about to be done, I had no problems and even was recommended an great method of payment from staff at Aspen which was not related to the aspirins dental Corporation,WhichIs working just fine. My partials are both perfect , so far top is complete & bottom is Going to be done next week permanent partial will be in. So far no complaints the rough partial on the bottom looks perfect anyway can't wait to get the finished one

My first visit to this establishment. Very friendly, great customer service. Took the time necessary to fully explain my options, made recommendations, and made sure that all of questions were answered. Special kudos to Karrah and Dr Marcella.

Do not go unless you don't care about your money or time. The review is long, but please read before you go. Here's my experience at Aspen Dental: I went there when my tooth broke as my dentist couldn't get me an early appointment, but this turned out the worst decision I ever made. The dentist at Aspen recommended a crown. On the SAME day that he put the crown on, it fell out! I had to rush out of work with a missing tooth!! He put it back on, and told me it was normal for the crown to fall out. Really? On the same day? So I went home and on the very next day, the crown fell out AGAIN! This time I seriously doubted if the dentist knew what he was doing, but at that point I didn't have a choice to go anywhere else. I did my own rearch and asked him if the part he made my tooth was too small to hold the crown. He didn't say anything but did something (probably made the tooth longer to hold the crown), and assured me that it should last for at least 20 years. Now only 3 years later, it fell out for the 3rd time! I am not going back to this place because I realized the dentist there is just not competent to do the dental work. Not only I will waste my money, but also the time, and there will be lot stress going along with it fearing my tooth will fall out at anytime! The office staff wasn't friendly at all. When I was at the waiting area, I saw the front desk refused to treat a 90 some year old lady because she didn't want to do the dental work they "recommended".
