Scammers. Had to pay upfront to make an appointment, and they never even submitted the insurance claim. Now we might have a debt going to collections we never knew about. Aspen Dental is a scam who doesn't care about you

This place is amazing worth the 3+ hour drive no long wait for appointments and work with you to find financing I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Also I thought my appointment was on the day I arrived but was day before and they made time to see me and no hassles great place.

Awsome, they pulled a tooth out like it was nothing, was in and out in no time at all, they ligit have high standard equipment I liked, like being able to see your whole mouth rather then just some exray of your teeth, it was deff interesting, great work guys, deff recommend.

At Aspen Dental I was very comfortable. Progress begins on the first appointment and when you leave that first appointment you leave with a full plan of care and a financial plan as well. Everyone is so kind.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this Aspen Dental location. Let me start by saying that I seriously have a fear of going to the dentist-- like haven't been to a dentist in over 7 years fear... From the minute Trudi greeted me in the front office I knew I was in good hands. Matt, Jeremy, Allie, Ashley, and everyone else working there were friendly, professional, and most importantly KIND. Dr. Adele might be the best dentist I've ever been to, he made every single visit virtually pain free, and was so kind, considerate and caring throughout the entire experience. I think it's safe to say, this amazing team at Aspen in Ellsworth helped me conquer my fear and I am actually genuinely excited to return for my next visit.

after appointment, agreed with trudy when she said aspen not a good fit for me. if you have a problem signing your name to untrue statements and do not want health information used and disclosed to obtain payment, aspen may not be a good fit for you either. no stars

I called needing to be seen on short notice before the weekend and in extreme pain while all other places were too busy or not open. I've never been to this dentist before but I will be making this my new place! They got me right in I left without any pain. The staff is amazing, the dentist is awesome, and the place is so clean and nice.

Everyone did a great job, from X-rays, to periodontal charting and finally the dentist who explained everything really well. He was open to questions and really has a great way about him, making what can be uncomfortable, less nerve wracking.

Ellsworth Aspen Dental by far Exceeded Any Expectations I had. Trudy, for a long time was a one woman show running the entire front by herself, I don't think many of us could of done that. And my Dr. Was Great!!!!!! And Also the ladies I saw before the Doctor. My Only regret is not going their first, I visited the Bangor Office first where I found the Front End Manager to be Cold, In a Hurry, Couldn't answer my questions, A total lack In People Skills. It's totally worth the extra miles to go to Ellsworth.

Have been going here for couple of years, not outstanding, but today I called because I broke a tooth and needed immediate care. I was told the soonest they could see me was a month later and I should call around and find another dentist! No recommendations, just start calling! Sharp edges and pain! In the time I was seeing them the turnover of dentists was frequent and there was no continuity of care! Never written a review before this but these people should not be in business!

If I could give no stars, I would. Really rude receptionist(s). Google lists the Ellsworth location as having office hours on Friday, so when I requested a Friday appointment I was informed "We don't do that, our other locations are open on Friday, but we are not." I suggest they update their information with Google if that were the case, and again I was told "we don't do that. " As she hung up the phone she huffs and exasperatedly exclaimed "Oh my GOD! You won't believe..." and the phone had been placed back on the receiver. Very rude.
