long storie short i wouldnt use these people again if they were the last dentist on earth always have appointment problems even when showing my appointment card they just dont care last appointment was sept. 8th for cleaning girl off that day made one for sept 12 girl on vacation

walked in set an appointment up to be seen back in July for August 25 called the day before and someone in the office never set the appointment Total disappointment again

The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. They don't try to sell you services you don't need. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Elkton.

Aspen Dental was very help.in my need for a new lower denture. They were very concerned about my need,and how they could help me afford a new bottom denture. They worked up a plan that fit my budget. This is my second time going to Aspen Dental, and they are great people to work with. Thank you !

Office Manager was very rude because I asked for a breakdown of my bill,because I wanted to know what percent insurance covered.Also the Dentist walked in did not introduce herself and started working on my daughter.was very unprofessional.

New patients-avoid! This is actually my update #4 (other reviews disappeared). They scheduled me for 8:30. When I got there I was told my appointment was 9:30. I sit in the parking lot for an hour. 20 minutes later they call me to the desk to tell me they weren't going to do my extraction because the technician didn't finish prepping my prosthetics. I live an hour away plus they could have told me at 8:30 instead of 9:50. Now I have to miss work in Monday to come back with no recooperative time before returning to work. Every single visit it's something.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Elkton location. From the front desk, to all the technicians, and dentist, and to the office manager, everyone was so very helpful and kind. As someone who has a fear of the dentist, I highly recommend Aspen dental!

Everyone was polite and professional. The facility is clean and attractive. I did have to wait, but that is understandable. The problem is that the prices at Aspen are very expensive. I don't know that i will be able to get the work done that I need.

I had booked an appointment for my kid in Aspen Dental in 3486 C Emmorton RD Abingdon MD 21009. I had such a bad experience in Aspen Dental, I got confirmation about my appointment and share all the details regarding insurance, kid age etc. When I reached in the clinic, the representative told me they are not in-network and they don't take Kids. I am not sure what is the point of sharing all the details and getting confirmation, I drove 1 hr to reach the clinic, it was such a inconvenient. I will never visit this Dental clinic again.
