First I will say the front desk and assistants where wonderful. My biggest issue was the doctor shaming me for not dealing with a broken tooth sooner,speaking to me as though a child. The reality for many is that we can't afford regular dental care so when we do come in it's a major issue. Dealing with people who don't have insurance or a disposable income doesn't seem to be a common occurrence in this office.

My first experience with Aspen Dental was very impressive. It was an emergency situation & I had no insurance. They saw me right away, took x-rays & performed a full dental exam, all at no cost to me. The best part of my experience with Aspen Dental was the kind mannerism of the dentist. He seemed concerned with my condition & together, we discussed several options for a long term treatment plan that I could afford. I highly recommend Dr. Ragland, DDS at the Elk Grove location of Aspen Dental.

I went to this office instead of my primary dentist because I had a dental emegency. The staff assured me that the entire treatment process would take me 4-5 weeks. This was not the case and it ended up taking closer to 3 months and about 6 total visits (I even had to reschedule part of my vacation because the time frame they provided me with was incorrect). It is very difficult to contact the staff over the phone because they are always experiencing "above average call volume" and are slow to reply to voicemails. The doctor was supposed to send my prescription to a Walgreens after a visit and assured me it would be ready by the time I arrived (45 minutes later), but upon my arrival no presciption was even ordered so I had to call the office on multiple occasions just to get a response and it took them 24 hours to even submit the order. Even when I was in the office it felt like the doctors were trying to get me out of there as soon as possible. When my treatment was finished they provided me with no instructions of how to care for my new crowns and sent me out. I had to ask for their advice and come in several additional times in order to get the proper care I needed. Would not reccomend this facility.

First I want to say if I could give ten stars I would I know there are a lot of bad reviews about aspen but we have to remember they are a chain and not every clinic is the same there are different dentists at each location and I was very blessed not lucky but blessed to have made the decision to go to aspen Elk Grove because as soon as I see. The dentist who was there Dr Raggland I was immediately at ease and it felt almost meant to be , dr raggland was my child hood dentist and also my fathers whom passed away and dr raggland remembered very well even though 25 years plus since I have been there at his valley hi office . They were very clear on there dental treatments and I was approved through care credit for only 3,000 right now so the best option was comfylytes until I'm able to do the snap on dentures . They gave me a great dea for that pricing not only do I get the temporary's but also on six months I get custom permanents that replace the temporary. Also they are doing two deep fillings on my bottom teeth which I knew I needed already and a cleaning . They were honest in what I needed and the nurse that worked with me Rihanna was amazing I was very comfortable with her and ended up being there two and half hours because I was talking with her and pretty much told her my life story , lol I never do that especially with a stranger but being the at ease feeling I had there because of dr raggland and the history I felt comfortable. When I left I had a few tears of happiness knowing I finally get to have some functioning teeth I honestly have not left my house since my extractions are a different office which was a nightmare I wish I would have started at aspen! So I hope that gives a good idea about this particular aspen office !

I went to Aspen Dental to get my teeth cleaned. An hour into my appointment I was told the office was closing for lunch and I would have to return later to get my teeth cleaned. Very unprofessional treatment. I am not happy.

I recently visited Aspen dental and I am very satisfied with the treatment plan that they worked out with me I was having tooth pain and I was hesitant on not fixing it and yes I do have insurance I wanted to pull it but after looking at the Xrays and talking with the dentist and the assistant we made a treatment plan that was satisfying for me and looking forward to finishing up the treatment plan with Aspen dental in Elk Grove California

Their prices are high, but they do try to make it affordable for you. Joe was very thorough with cleaning, really did excellent job to clean my teeth.

Dr. Regenald is the best!!!!! The assistant Nas is also the best!!!! So kind and gentle to your needs. I recommend Aspen Dental In Elk Grove To everyone seeking dental work.

Great place..beautiful offices, friendly helpful staff, Dr R has a great sense of humor and is very good at what he does. Highly recommended. How much more can we ask for... Free chocolates?

The billing is a scam - they offer a great rate to get you to agree to do the work, then hit you with a bill that is outrageous, claiming that the "dental insurance" didn't cover what they expected. Our bill was in the thousands and doubled what they said it would cost. This finally did get resolved and I appreciate that.

I loved how the team told me what was happening every step of the way. I was also told the extreme reactions that " could " happen. Was able to take the steps needed to prevent the worse case reactions and because of being prepared I did not have the bad reactions. And I had all the needed food at home to make my liquid diet.

Front desk staff very nice and courteous. My experience was not good from xray to extraction. Very disappointed. Should have never gone to this place. Will not recommend to anyone and feel bad if they experience what I experienced. aspen for emergency careand that was nice. The doctor actually sat and tried to explain things better

I went in with a lot of questions and they had answers! It was just a checkup but we got through everything really quick and they were very patient with me. The office staff were very helpful as well, from checking me in to helping me with the payments. As someone who hates the dentist, this was my first visit that I walked away from feeling happy!
