Scheduled a consult. Was told i needed several things done and was quoted 5400 after insurance. I questioned the amt. and they said they would check again and call me.next day they called and the amt was a little higher. I took the weekend to figure out our finances and went back to the office to schedule. Was then told insurance wasn't going to cover anything. Again i questioned that. The finance gal said she would call and figure it out and call me by the end of the day(monday) or first thing the next day. I heard nothing by lunch friday and called the office she was at lunch so i left a message and was told she would call when she returned. Its now been3.5 weeks and i have heard nothing. I decided to choose a different dentist for a second opinion. Without telling them anything my diagnoses was completely different and a quote of only 2100. Needless to say i am sticking with the second dentist. Aspen dental is all over the place and not efficient or organized. Oh and after my first visit my total owed was 19.00 the day i went back to schedule the work they said i needed done the front counter told me my balance was 254.!! Nope resubmit i said. Everything should have been covered except possibly the pano xray. And that was covered except the 19.00. Im just disgusted. I don't recommended them at all.

Actually great except for time management! Haha "Back in a second" took 15 minutes. "Back in 15 minutes" actually let me sit in a dentist's chair for an hour watching the terrible HGTV channel with no remote. BOOOO! But overall I am grateful to the nice, courteous staff! Thank you.

Appointment was at 3 PM... didnt get called back until 3:20, and dentist didnt see me until 3:50. By the time I walked out, it had been 1 hour and 40 minutes for my first visit... total dentist time...maybe 3 minutes of that. Nice place and people, but the longest wait I've ever had in a dentist office or for a doctor (with the appointment made 3 months beforehand) I have ever had.

My total experience has been a mess. They go in not really fully giving you enough time or evaluation to do the job right the first time. I can't tell you how many times I have go to back for their mess ups or lack of ability. Everything is rush rush. At least I finally got a top plate that is some what wearable. I will be finding a new place to finish my work. Greatly disappointed.

On my first visit, after x-rays, I waited 45 minutes before the dentist came into the room. At checkout I was asked if I wanted a deep cleaning, which I signed up for. Did some research on what a deep cleaning involved and decided not to get it but a regular cleaning. Called the office the next day and was told "it's illegal for us to change the cleaning to a regular cleaning." I canceled all of my appointments with them. It's best to get pre-approval for your deep cleaning as the insurance company may or may not approve the procedure, depending on your true needs. I didn't feel I would have qualified. Nearly cost me over a thousand dollars. Never going back.

As far as Customer Service, Performance, Professionalism, and Knowledge goes, this place deserves 5 stars. However, it gets three from me due to two important reasons. It takes forever to get seen, appointments are scattered across moths and there is nothing higher then shots of novacaine available, and the biggest reason is because there is no Emergency Availability - Meaning that if you are having severe pain or are in need of a Dentist Right Now due ti a real emergency, there is no option. You have to wait months for your appointment. If they had an Emergency Number for Severe Pain and Dental Emergencys, I'd give this place 5 stars. An Er cant do a thing for Dental Pain or Dental Emergencys.

My visit was a combination of high tech examinations versus hands on exams. While my diagnosis, was less than desirable. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. Well done.

Scheduled a 6 month appt at my last visit for a cleaning only. I get to the appt today and they tell me it will be an extra $200 because xrays are required. It would have been nice to have known that prior to the appt. Don't tell the customer you are scheduling for one thing and then add on procedures that are hundreds of dollars.

They hurt when she ate and needed to b filed down as too high Went twice to an appointment to fix Both times walked out as over an hour sitting there waiting and waiting It's clear they take more appts than they have spots open My moms 85 and wheelchair bound. It takes some effort to get her there. Why not text the incoming appts and be truthful and say your running an hour behind so we don't waste our time?

I had a root canal done once I got in I'll handle it inside to your nervousness but they assured me it was going to be fine I have never had surgery that I didn't I wasn't put to sleep they didn't put me to sleep they just know me I didn't particularly like that but everything worked out okay it kept me calm and want I got c** they did fantastic work and I have another appointment in 20 days for some more work and I didn't have any insurance I use cash and I got a 25% discount so I'm just thankful that I could get the work done and and get a discount

The fifth time, a receptionist from Aspen called to say the fax machine is broken. I will need to go to OfficeMax to fax the referral myself. So am I to conclude that the receptionists at Aspen lied saying that they faxed it over the previous times or they are incompetent?

I found all the employees knowledgable, polite, thorough and pleasant. That part was nice. However, TWO other things made my day HORRIBLE. I was in a freezing room for 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was so cold it was painful!! I thought of taking off more than once, but did not want to inconvenient the staff. The receptionist at the front desk said, "This is the second time today I have heard the word 'snowsuit.' from a client." Shouldn't that tell you something? It is June in NC? They said they were really backed up because a dentist recently had a baby. What?? This was a surprise? No rescheduling?
