Dr Flores and her staff are a rare find! They really care for thier patients. The service/appointments were fast and painless. I got a new set of dentures and for the first time in 10 years I can wear and eat without the glue. My teeth look as close to my natural teeth as you can get. The whole progress from start to finish took 3 days. This wonderful clinic/ group will be my Dental Group from now on! Do yourself a favor and go see them for all your dental health exams.

Horrible, they take your insurance and after they performed the service they would tell you, your insurance does not approve the treatment and charge you....without giving you the chance to deny the procedure...and they wouldn't tell you on your visit...the bill gets by mail weeks after as an unpleasant surprise

As a new patient, I felt extremely welcomed and informed along every step of the way in my appointment. From the front desk ladies, to Jesus the tech, Marisol the hygienist, Grace the office manager, and Dr. Flores herself, everyone was professional and thorough in explaining the procedures. Already looking forward to my 6 month cleaning to visit all the wonderful staff again!

So far so good. My son is doing pretty good with his treatment. It's been long and painful but they've done pretty good with maintaining the pain and keeping him on the straight and narrow. It looks like we still have a ways to go. Hopefully, by Spring this will be finished then I'll be able to give a happy result.

The Dr. And her staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They are courteous and very informative. The go over every detail and educate you as what you need to know. No pressure at all. The building is very clean as I would highly recommend friends and family to Aspen Dental for any of your needs.

I am a caretaker for a disabled veteran. We recently visited this office to get him some dentures and myself a few teeth extracted. We initially came in under the free exray and exam offer. I cannot express our gratitude for how compassionate and professional this wonderful dentist is. She took the time to explain every detail of what we needed with several different options of how to proceed. She made sure I experienced no pain during the procedure. She has the upmost respect for her clients and treats you with dignity. This is the best dentist we have ever seen. I very highly recommend that you use this office. Thank you very much Dr. Flores and Aspen dental for changing our whole perspective on dentistry. God bless you all.

I really enjoyed my visit at Aspen Dental. The staff was really nice and very down to earth. The hygienist was very professional and the the doctor was very informative and truly carried about my well being. I will be getting my dental work done there from now on. VERY GRATEFUL

My visit to Aspen Dental was absolutely phenomenal. I had a permanent retainer (behind my teeth) snap in half on a weekend. I called Aspen Dental and they were extremely responsive and found a way to fit me in. Their service was absolutely prompt while taking the time and care to address all of my needs as well as my concerns. Their facility is extremely clean, the technology used is top of the line, their employees are kind, polite, and attentive, and their work speaks for itself. The professionalism in this establishment is second to none. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone in El Paso to get their dental work done at Aspen!

Had 3 extractions done. The only pain I felt was from the Novocaine shot. Excellent service I received, and for being a walk-in the time wait wasn't bad at all.
