I will never come here again!!! They weren't very clear on total costs. Tried calling and speaking with a Tiffany to explain what I was told in the office during my initial examination. She was quite rude in that I couldn't ever explain as she wouldn't ever shut up!!! They did not file the proper paperwork for my insurance claims either. I gave their level of rudeness right back to them.

Minus 10 stars. I can no longer eat solid food. In order to hope to be able to eat in future I have to pay a real dentist to reconstruct the damage to the jaw bone that were ripped apart when supposed oral surgeon ripped out knowing that the root was adhered to the bone in two different areas. I also have high whit blood counts since the teeth were removed in 2018. I am also starting to have diabetes levels due to the only kinds of food I can eat. Beware of the financial advisor (?) also her memory is bad when you are approved for funding and she will ask for more money. Does anybody know a good lawyer that specializes in dental work gone wrong?

Absolutely highly recommend Aspen. The staff and the dentist are very friendly and compassionate. Immediately felt comfortable when I walked through the door. No waiting weeks or months to resolve a denture issue I was having. Very affordable as well.

Normally I am very anxious at the dentist but Alexis made me feel very comfortable while taking my X-rays and explained the whole process to me and continued to make sure I was comfortable. The Dr was amazing talk showed me my scans and walk me through next steps. Vivian then explained the costs to me and schedule all the upcoming appointments while answering my million question. Overall amazing experience here!

Make sure sure you know what you are going to owe of using insurance. I got a root canal done at this office and it seems no one knows what's going on, from the dentist to the assistants or the front desk. The first day i went in i heard another patient arguing with a dentist, i should've known it wasnt going to end good for me. They have a beautiful blue eye lady that explains to you what you are being charged but thats just a cloud so they can hit you harder, i was charged $253 for my root canal then they billed my insurance then aspen send me anoyher bill of $70 and charged my insurance again drain my limit for the year on 1 tooth. And that doesnt even included a crown, i woild have to pay extra for that

I had my first dental appointment here at the Easton office. The dental hygienist was phenomenal as well as professional. Great dentists who know what they are about in the field of dentistry. My family and I are definitely getting out dental routines done here. Great job!

My first visit there was very pleasant. Both Dr. Chadha and his Office Manager Tiffany Haring were extremely pleasant and patient as they explained my future procedures, and I felt "cared for" throughout my visit. There prices were extremely fair, especially having no insurance. I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking implants, or any other dental work.

I went to Aspen Dental in Easton , PA. On 4/21/22 with pain in a tooth. I spoke to woman named Tiffany who was the store manager. I should say that before I went to the Easton office I called the emergency number and set up an appointment. The person at the emergency phone service told me to go to Easton office on 4/21/22 at that time. When I told all of this to Tiffany she told me that she couldn't help me. When I told her I was in pain and was told to come here at this time by the emergency phone service said that she closes in half an hour. I asked if she could take me as her last appointment and that I'm in pain. She told me to go to a doctor and get pain medication. Then she turned to talk to a girl to her left and began laughing. I couldn't believe she could be so insensitive and unprofessional. I went to my doctor for pain medication and the doctor said that he can't write pain medication for dental problems. I left Aspen Dental disappointed and surprised that Tiffany could be heartless.

I had an emergency dental situation and my dentist office was 45 minutes away and could not get me in until the next day. I of course had to work the following day. I called around and nobody could get me in until I called Aspen. They were able to get me in same day at a time that worked for me. When I got there I was seen by the dentist almost immediately. The dentist and his assistant did a fabulous job and I'm so very happy and grateful. Also the girl who took my X-ray was super sweet and pleasant! Thank you so much for a wonderful visit!

Staff polite, very very thorough. But I have 1 urgent problem to address ASAP but they INSIST on doing all 4 pages of services before they can do that one tooth. Slimy sales tactic. Worried that my insurance may not pay half of the 4,000 in repairs. I felt like I was at the car dealership mulling over all the flush services so I left. Now what? Second opinion, maybe just let my teeth go to hell to avoid all this. I'm really demoralized now. Will have to find some back alley dentist to extract the 1 tooth. 2022 Update: After Aspen's 4,000 quote and another private dentists's 3500 quote, I gave up. Keeping the tooth clean made it last 3 more years. Got an estimate for 1200 at Palmer Smile 3 weeks ago, but too late, the roots show decay a d needs an endodontist or an oral surgeon. I wish I had gotten straight advice from Aspen when this first happened, rather than an "all or nothing" high pressure sales routine that forced me into this situation.
