Vicki went with a broken tooth. Rang up almost 5000.00 in dental work. . Never had a problem before. went to have the tooth fixed and told if I didnt start the gum plan I couldnt get my tooth fixed. Who can have all that done at one time. Everyone in the lobby was destresses. the office manager was rude and does not explain what you are having done just what you owe and how you are paying. I think they are doing unnessary things to make a dollar. just my opinion and everyone has one. waste of time. still need a dentist

I do NOT like the dentist so need a happy calming place. Everyone was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. I finally found my local dentist!

My first visit I was told my insurance would not cover a service that my insurance usually covers. I called back with my insurance on the phone and the person who answered was very rude and left me on hold until I ended up hanging up. Went to a different office that covered my service completely.

Well when I walked in I was shocked you wouldn't believe it if I told you but you guys and gales have to experience it yourself what an amazing place and amazing people they treat you with dignity and respect they treat you like your family. With the experience they have anything is possible to have the right smile that everyone desires. It's not your normal dentist office it's much more.

We have rarely been treated so poorly while handing over so much money. The dental plate (denture) provided did not fit and actually caused open sores. When we complained first we got the run-around, then outright rudeness, from the front end staff to the dentist. One lady even stood there rolling her eyes while my wife, in tears over the pain and poor service, was just asking for help getting her hugely expensive denture to fit. Google this place, (company), and their other stores nationwide. You will find this is not an isolated incident. It happens, a lot. We found another reputable dental practice that quickly and professionally rectified the mess Aspen Dental had made.

I recently moved from the Columbia MD area and saw ads for Aspen on tv so I made an appointment. All I needed was a cleaning and a checkup since I was fairly current on my dental visits. I had to wait 3 months for a new patient visit at the Easton office, then another 3 months for a cleaning/checkup, only to receive a call the day before my cleaning appointment (August 1), telling me they had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency for the hygienist (I guess they only have 1 hygienist). Ok, these sort of things happen, however they could not reschedule my cleaning until mid January or even later at their Salisbury office. They were completely booked at both locations and even though I practically begged them to help get me in sooner (and since THEY cancelled on me) their offices would make absolutely no provisions for emergency gaps in their schedule in order to accommodate cancellations like this in a timely manner. I was even more frustrated to turn on my tv that evening and see yet another ad for Aspen dental and how they take new patients! What the heck? They literally don't have the staff to take on new patients!!! I hear they are a very good dental facility but why not just tell me right from the beginning so I could look elsewhere for a dentist that was capable of taking new patients in a timely manner? BTW, I was able to schedule an appointment for a cleaning AND a check up within 4 days at my old dentist's office Dobbin Dental Suite in Columbia. Sure, I will have a little longer drive, but at least my teeth won't rot from neglect! Also, between the time I initially scheduled with them and now (6 months), one of my teeth/fillings broke off so I now have an additional problem with my teeth that could have been prevented if i was scheduled sooner!!!

My experience in the Easton branch was awful. The person who did the x-rays was very abrupt and off-putting. Admittedly I was a little nervous due to being in that setting and she made me ten times feel worse. The dentist and her assistant were much better, very reassuring and was totally helpful. The receptionist was nice as well.

We came there for a cleaning and Xrays and you went to far with . I didn,t come there looking for a Bridge or other Treatments and in the end we never got a Teeth Cleaning. My wife who was looking for the same was charged $80.00 and has to come back a month later to get that service. We felt we should have bin taken care of when we were there.
