Zero stars. This place is trash. I broke a tooth on Saturday called to schedule something they said it would be 2 weeks out before they could see me but that I could walk-in to the east peoria location monday morning and see someone. I show up at the time it says they open and not a soul is there I was 15 mins no one shows up I leave and come back 2 hours later and still no one there sign on the front door list there hours for Monday says there open. But no one is there I call them and they say that the location is only open Tuesday and Thursday smfh

First visit so it was basically X-rays & consultation. Not happy about having to pay $53 for fluoride when I get my teeth cleaned. In 47 years never heard that insurance doesn't pay for fluoride!

They're Closed. Lights are Off, during normal business hours and their door is covered with UPS Failed Delivery Notices

Zero stars. Absolutely awful. Unorganized, filthy, rude, will close and not call you to cancel. Will blame it on medical emergencies. Never answer their calls or messages and literally watched the receptionist pick her crack ... Just disgusting.

I was able to quickly get in for a tooth extraction. Everyone was very, very nice and made the experience less stressful.

The office location at 220 West Washington Street, East Peoria, IL 61611. If you are a monitories, they are charging you the full price and telling you, that your insurance company denied your claim. Yet they give you a discounted rate because of it.

Nothing I could've done about the pain when already having the shots but it was good. The Doctor did a great job!

This place is ridiculous I called to reschedule an appointment and it's 4pm here but the person I was speaking to said it was 5 pm. I don't know where she was but in East Peoria,il it's 4pm as I am still able to tell time. She said to wait a moment and then hung up on me. Yeah great customer service and I won't be going there.

I made an appointment for my daughter for her kindergarten dental exam. She was super nervous as she hasn't been to a dentist in 3 years due to us moving a lot. She wouldn't stand still for the X-rays which the dentist said to just skip them and not force her. Then we waited in the exam room for about an hour just for the same dentist to come in and ask my daughter questions about herself that she wouldn't answer, again cause she was nervous. She also called my daughter a baby because she wouldn't talk to her. This dentist told me that she didn't have time to do her exam today since she wasn't being corporative, even though she didn't even try to look at her teeth, she was just going off of her not answering questions. My daughter is also very shy when it comes to strangers so of course she's not gonna answer those questions. I felt this place was very unprofessional. It was a waste of my time to sit there for an hour just to be told that she can't get her exam done all because she wouldn't talk to the dentist.

I have had horrible experiences here. Never see the same dentist twice. Had a contract signed and they kept trying to charge me more. Horrible horrible place to go.

Dentist and staff were awesome. Had way different experience in Texas where I was overcharged. Paid stuff off and they always came up with new charge. Most recent experience makes me glad to have given aspen dental east.peoria another chance

The first few visits were very frustrating. I would get a call an hour before saying they had to cancel, then they couldn't get me back in for a month or so. We went over an entire plan my first visit, that should have only taken six weeks to accomplish, but 6 months later I just now finally got step one complete. About a month ago, they completely replaced the front office staff and that has been such a blessing. The office now runs smoothly and efficiently. I get right in and get everything done. The dentist is super nice and extremely helpful. I'm much more impressed and happy now that they finally got the office in order.

If I could I would give zero stars. Today I went for my appointment I scheduled for mouth pain. Called them multiple times for them to be closed. I confirmed my appointment through the email they sent me this week. I followed every step I had to go through to have this appointment today that I have been waiting for a week or so.... This is not the first time something like this happen and probably won't be the last time for me or anyone. I have the email below to show that I did have an appointment at that time I did schedule. If no one simply works on the weekend why have the opening and why let me schedule for that day? After today I don't plan on going back ever and will not recommend here to anyone.

Aspen dental is the worst place I have been. I'll be the first to admit I let my dental care drop. I called Aspen dental to make an appt bc I had tooth pain. I had an infection so bad that they felt the need to send me to the hospital the same day. I was told to follow up in a couple of weeks to finish my appt. That was in February. My follow up appointment got rescheduled 6 times since then. I went in today. They put me in an exam room and an hour later I asked when I would see a doctor. I was asked who I was. When I gave them my name they stated oh we didn't know you were here. They gave my appt away even though they put me in a room!!! When I asked if they could see me soon I was told that they don't have the time today. Seeing a new dentist immediately.

In for a filling fix. The dentist was aware of my allergies and allowed me to sit up more because of nasal drainage issues. She was patient with my need to swallow often.
