The preform service was overall good. But even though I originally set up a cleaning appointment for my daughter, they just wanted to do a check up. Then they opted to finally do a partial cleaning due to the fact her gums needed to be treated. Then they priced out more than $4000 worth of work on a 16 year old child, which also involved extracting her wisdom teeth. Deducted my insurance and said it's only $1500 dollars. I think we will be looking for another dentist. I have been in three times recently and nothing was done the way I had asked. My Father was told, we understand you're in pain where these teeth have broke off, but you need prior authorization to extract the roots. You'll have to deal with it until your doctor authorizes it then they want nearly $300 for 2 broken roots after his insurance. Mind you we have already seen the family doctor because the gum was infected and he needed antibiotics first. We just finished the antibiotics so he could get the roots removed. Now the process has to start all over again! I went in for a cleaning and they jumped to re-prepping a crown that was started over 3 years ago that they never finished due to an insurance issue. Then wanted me to spend more than $500 to finish the crown immediately, wanted to bring be back for a deep cleaning that's not covered my insurance which is what they did to my daughter as well. But the expense of it all is well over $3,000! In my opinion find somewhere else. This place is expensive, unorganized, the staff is super friendly, but it's a big ripoff.

Verify how much you will pay before you go. Scheduled my daughter for tooth extraction. I asked on the phone how much it will cost for tooth #5 and #12 to be extracted with my Aetna discount card and they said around $150 for both. When I went to the office she said it's $260. I didn't realize that until I got home and saw my receipt. So I called them that I asked about the price before going into this office and it was $150. How come I was charged $260. Now she changed tune and told me a reason that's it's a surgical extraction vs simple extraction. How can there be contradicting prices???. Looked at other dental office around and they charged simple extraction fee for tooth #5 and #12 for $130-$150 with dental discount card. If you want to use this office, make sure you verify their charge or they will charge you higher and give you reasons that don't make sense and say that what I was told on the phone was wrong.

Was having tooth pain they worked me in immediately and had my tooth pulled and me out in less than an hour. Very kind staff I hope to be back to get my wisdom teeth out.

The only reason that I didn't give a 5, they didn't numb the gum before the shot. The staff is very professional and willing to work with you with payments and care. I loved the entire staff. I hate dentists.I will never leave them.

Different staff everything you go in. Request payment before they see you. Then send a bill with no explanation.

This location was very informative and took time to explain every issue and plan to fix them. They repeated everything when I asked with patience and courtesy. They are helpful with any insurance issues and payment plans. This is needed for people who do not have the money up front to pay for work done to keep their mouth healthy and pain free. They are a helping hand to those living in discomfort.

I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Most other dentists had at least a week long wait. The staff is extremely friendly, and made me feel comfortable. They were also able to fix my broken tooth the same day and I could not be more grateful.

I love Aspen Dental in Easley. I love everybody that works there, especially the Dentist! He's the best! My favorite dentist I've ever gone to. Everybody is so friendly and fun!

This office is an unorganized mess. Won't go into too much detail, but they are constantly having to reschedule our appts multiple times even for a simple cleaning. Either the hygienist needs to leave early, or the office shuts down entirely because of a family emergency. They overcharge and tell you you need services that are unnecessary. Will be looking for a new dentist as I do not feel confident in their abilities to provide even halfway decent services that we require.

I went into Aspen with pain Beyond and I have high pain tolerance within a matter of an hour I was seated greeted very friendly very professional the dentist numb me up put a towel in my mouth and then pull the too loud and then a minute later I said well when are you going to pull the tooth out he said I already pulled the tooth I did not even feel the attraction incredible dentist incredible staff from the front office to the back I thank you all Aspen Dental you rock

I have had an appointment for 6 months for just a cleaning. I drive from Pickens to Easley for this cleaning just to see this cute little note on the doors saying they are going to be closed this week. Never once did I get a call, a voicemail, a text or anything. Gas is currently 4.60 something a gallon and they couldn't be bothered to call and ask if I could reschedule. When I called and asked what was going on the girl said they sent an email out (which I did not receive) I said could no one have called or text and all she said was can you not just reschedule. I am very disappointed with this experience.

I had a periodontal cleaning; the hygienist did a great job. Although, sometimes I do wonder if periodontal cleaning are worth the extreme cost when my insurance offer two free regular cleaning annually. Hopefully they are. Thanks Aspen!
