Sitting in the chair now and everyone has been super kind, friendly, and very gentle. I'm normally terrified at the dentist but they have made me feel very comfortable.

This is the best dentist office I've been to in my 30 years of living! The employees are helpful and friendly! And the pricing is reasonable!

This was my first visit to this office and I am happy so far they seem to be listening to what I am saying as far as the issues I'm having with the dentures I got from the greenwood office..the dentist and staff at the Richmond office are very nice and very attentive..the greenwood office didn't want to hear what I was telling them about the problems of them being to big, too loose and too tall for me to eat..the Richmond office staff listened to what the issues were and did a great job getting my molds made..i would definitely recommend the Richmond office

I haven't been able to wear my dentures for over 3 years and yesterday's appointment they were able to fix the error another dental place created ... I have been able to eat and drink yesterday and even breakfast this morning.. best of all I have my smile back ...thank you so much

The wait was way too long. I had an appointment and yet my wait was still 30 minutes at least. But the dental hygienist was very pleasant.

I can tell when I walk to the door the look the lady gave me. They're snotty, rude, uppity, and smart mouth Richie Rich kind of people. I'd rather be dragged behind a car, on a road of glass and dipped in pool of bleach than have to deal with these people again

Everyone was nice and friendly. I only had a little pain with the needle. There was no pain while pulling my 2 teeth. The dentist was great

I have no insurance so I found Aspen through this website when a tooth that had broken off over a year ago was infected and causing extreme pain. I needed a place that wouldn't be too expensive and would take payments. When I went in to have this tooth pulled, I was a little nervous, I was not looking forward to this painful procedure. However, after my mouth was numbed , the dentist went to pull it and soon said, "that's it" I was shocked, I felt zero pain (I have a low tolerance of pain) I am definitely going back to Aspen for future dental work.

I phoned the office to make my first appointment and was greeted by Brittney. She ask for the required identification info and then ask me what they could do for me. I was able to tell her my needs, fears and concerns. She listened and encouraged me to come into the office to consult.

Aspen Dental in Richmond IN really stepping up in the repair of my appliance. Totally amazed at what they can do to repair. Very surprising and unexpected. If they pull this off I wll be even more impressed.

My husband and I both go to Aspen Dental and have always received the best care. Their staff is very friendly & take great care of our teeth. Highly recommended.
