I know it taboo to say one really enjoyed going to the dentist, but the team at the Dyersburg office made my visit very enjoyable! The were very motivated and caring, and didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed! I look forward to continuing my care with them!!

This is my second visit to Meriden Aspen Dental. As my first, everything was handled very efficiently & smoothly. From the girls in the front desk to the hygienist & doctor everyone was professional & friendly. When any dental issue arises I would not think twice about calling Meriden Aspen Dental.

I don't know about their dental work I never got that far because I have a job and I've had to clock out twice to go up there and was never told that it takes several hours to get anything done if you have an appointment at 8 you're not gonna get in there until late and it's always the doctor will be out in a bit. I've been there 2 times I couldn't wait any longer the 2nd time they made my appointment for 8 o'clock so I'd be the 1st in 825 I was still sitting with about 10 others some people have to work and get back to work when you have an appointment to me you should have an appointment at that time So they wasted 2 weeks or 3 of my time for the 2nd appt that I could have found another dentist if I know I had to be sitting there waiting forever It's like standing in line at McDonald's

I started my dental adventure April 27,2022. I've had 18 teeth pulled and am healing and almost ready for full dentures .. I was told yesterday that it might be December before I'm all done. So now I have to face the world looking like an old sea hag .. I look worse now than I did before I had the teeth pulled. No lab tech on site. I'm so sickened and frustrated by all this. I'm Vice President of Womens club in Newbern and have already had to miss one convention because of this and am fixing to miss another one because of this. Can u imagine being the only one in a crowd of women with no teeth at all? My face will be so sunken by the time I get mine. I'm told they are all backed up. Is that my fault? I was also told in the beginning that aspen in Jackson was not related to the one in Dburg. I wanted to go there once I found out there was no lab tech here. Ugggg All my stuff is all paid for already. This is ridiculous. I should have gone somewhere else. This is going to have a bad effect on my life. I will never recommend this place. Also found a woman that started her dentures here in November and didn't get hers until may.

Do not recommended, went in about a broke tooth. Appointment was at 9:30 got there at 9 did all the paper work, went back to get x-rays the woman that took me back was rude to my wife and daughter, went in the back and sat in a room for a while then came back out, sat out in the waiting room, then paid and then they called me back to pull my tooth, dentist did the shot of numbing and then instantly went to pulling on my tooth, did not give anything time to work, busted my lip and everything will not be back was the worst experience of my entire life I have had other teeth pulled and it was nothing like this

Such a warm and pleasant office setting,everyone was very nice. Today was my 1st visit,quick services as well and everyone made me feel welcome. I love how they work with you on payment options etc! And their open ONE Saturday out of the month so you won't have to miss work lol ~Hammond~
