All staff were very kind and the dentist explained everything to me about my situation and told me exactly what was going on and how she can fix the problem and alleviate my tooth pain. I would definitely go back and I reccomend this aspen dental location to anyone looking for a good dentist!

Needed an emergency tooth repair... During my visit everything else was talked about besides my damaged tooth....cleanings, other possible problem teeth, etc.... In the end never got my tooth fixed, they tried referring me to there other location. Wasted my day off. This place is the Walmart of the dentist world.

Amazing! Who can say that about a dentist? Well, the staff went out of their way to make my disabled husbands visit as easy as possible. I had an issue with an office in Florida and the issue was taken care of without questions! Do not hesitate to visit this Aspen Dental in Dunkirk

There call center said they accepted Medicaid made my appointment and I get there and they said don't take Medicaid I said the call center said you do they said yeah they will ok so you schedule people for no reason I don't recommend them

The staff was so polite. The Dentist was very knowledgeable and helped fix my retainer in my mouth. I would definitely go there again if I ever need assistance with my teeth.

I was hesitant to go here at first, as I'd heard they can be pushy with costly things and possibly cold. I find that to be far from the truth, the gentleman at the front desk greeted and wished a good day to each customer, Taylor was super nice and reassuring and the female dentist (I believe Dr. Hernandez) was friendly, took a look at my problem area and confirmed the issue. I was super nervous and in pain when I visited, we had a game plan to fix me up within 20 minutes, no one tried to push me into expensive options that I did not need. Not to mention they were the closest and earliest booking dentist within miles! Thanks Aspen!

Office manager has an atittude problem. Shes extremely impatient and short with even simple questions. I have no idea how people like that get jobs at health care.
