Not very helpful. When files are needed to see a specialist. Aspen made it impossible to get any x-rays and reception was rude. Did not want to help even after requested my files to be sent and nothing was sent over as promised!!!

I gave this center many chances and am confident with my one star review. My very first appointment was just fine and in fact, I liked my dentist. They took scans because I needed my wisdom teeth extracted. During a follow up appointment, I could only have one wisdom tooth removed (the one actively causing me pain) but I would have to return to remove the other two another time. Trying to schedule this was nearly impossible, because either they didn't know the date the oral surgeon would be in and fail to give me a follow up call despite the request, or they would not answer the phone at all when I called myself. Eventually six months passed since my scan and they said that I would need to perform another scan to remove my wisdom teeth (which doesn't make sense since when my dentist first saw my scan, he said I would have to remove it). I scheduled an appointment, though in this appointment, I was now treated as a "new patient", even though I told them on the phone I was a returning patient (which they said is fine and I could come anyway). When I arrived for my appointment, they said that if I was a returning patient, I would have to reschedule my appointment, which I did (nevermind the inconvenience of that wait and visit). I rescheduled my appointment in person with the receptionist. When I went for this "rescheduled appointment", it turns out I was not scheduled in at all. I have been trying to get my wisdom teeth removed for almost a year now with them; their service is incredibly slow and they have horrible communication amongst their staff and with their patients. I came in person twice for me to go back home without any dental care.

This place is unprofessional and when one in there knows what going on. This site needs a whole new team. I made 3 appointment for a cleaning and haven't got it yet. Was told somebody put you in for the wrong thing. The manager needs to lose their job the way this place is being ran.

Went here about 5 years ago and haven't been to a dentist since. So, I've recently been considering about making another appointment which had me thinking about my last visit. The hygienist literally scraped tf out of my enamel to the point where I can still feel the marks to this day. My gums wound up bleeding as well, which she attributed to me not flossing enough. Had a tooth pulled and this man ASKED IF I MINDED THAT HE WATCHES A SOCCER MATCH during the procedure and proceeded to forcefully yank at my tooth from every direction, prying the side of my mouth open with a textured metal instrument. I swear, my experience was nightmarish and I hope I never gave to go though that bearish treatment again.

Went there 1 time was put in a room for close to 1 1/2 hours. Not 1 person acknowledge me the entire time. Waste of time.

The young lady Elaun was very good with my mom she was informative , constantly checked in on us and made sure the doctor attended us and an ideally time matter. I did thank her for being so kind and nice we enjoyed having her

My confirmed appointment was for 10:45 am. I arrived 10 minutes early. The receptionist told me the dentist said for me leave out of the building and return back an hour later to be treated. No apology or compensation was offered for this disrespectful inconvenience. And the " "manager " said that I did not pay any money and $600 was due. And, if I did not calm down, I would not be seen at all this day. The treatment was soooo bad until I thought that hey had taken my phone. But, lucky for me the police found it in my car. I never in my life been told to leave a confirmed appointment- like my time and money do not count. NO PROBLEM ! I will spend my money where I am treated with dignity and respect.

This is the worst Place ever , They move slow with no sense of urgency! I had a 8am appt ...I sat in the waiting room for a hour they finally called me I took a few X-rays then was directed to another room and waited some more finally I say the dentist for 3 minutes and didn't understand a dam thing she was saying smh .... Horrible place I will NEVER CO BACK THERE!!!

I was thinking about going here but after reading this reviews I not going to come there and I don't think iam going to let me wife co.e back there after sitting there for a hour and 30 mins waiting when her appointment was at 11 and also if anyone ask about a dentist this be the last place I ever come to and I wouldn't bring my kids there if it was free to go there I would die befor I bring my kids or myself there I would pay someone not to walk in there if they need to

To make an appointment for surgery you need to pay in advance. I called at least 3 times nobody picks up, nobody calls back... Nothing. The worst customer survive EVER!

This location is all about money to the point they will commit insurance fraud to get it!!! I got 2 wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago. They never gave my fiance any after visit summary so I was left with calling to find out about things that was going on. They charged my secondary insurance the full amount even though I paid my deductible out of pocket for my primary insurance. I also have a balance online that no one knows what for. This is ridiculous!! I've called everyday this week to get in touch with the office manager and she has yet to call back. I will be forced to go above her if I can't resolve this.

I made an appointment and was told the dentist would be on hour late. I decided to wait. The staff isn't very friendly. I went in hoping to have a tooth pulled because it is causing me lots of pain. The hygienist came in and proceeded to shame me, she literally talked down to me. She wasn't compassionate or kind. Then proceeded to pierce my gums until they bled without even explaining what I would feel, no suction, gauze, nothing. She was quite cold hearted without even sympathizing what I was feeling. I don't feel this place is for me.
