Had a severe tooth infection, Aspen did not take my insurance but offered a free exam and written prescription for an antibiotic which was great. They then referred me to a root canal specialist who ended up being closed for two weeks due to "unforeseen circumstances", after waiting the two weeks, the specialist informed me that they do not take my insurance either. Aspen knew I was in need of a dental office that accepted my insurance for a dental EMERGENCY so I was under the impression that the specialist would take me in immediately. Ended up having to go to the ER, face swelled completely despite taking a whole course of antibiotic, couldn't eat, drink, or sleep and had to have an emergency appointment two days later in Iowa city. Worst dental experience and pain of my life.

Great people. Very courteous and professional. They worked with me every step of the way and made sure I knew everything that was happening and why. Highly recommend.

The office was immaculate. Front desk was wonderful kind & informative. The x-ray lady whom also did the molding perfect. The dentist was warm kind. All-n-all A+ to the nth degree.

So far do good. The people that work there are professional and treated me well. I'm not sure about the dentures yet as this was my first visit.

I had a couple bad teeth that needed to come out ASAP they fit me in the schedule to get it done. Everyone that I had to contact with was amazing. I think I'm going to change who my dental provider is and go with Aspen Dental.

When I called to make my appointments for me and my family the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. When I got to my appointment the place was very clean. I can't say enough about how wonderful my whole experience was right down to letting me know what my follow up appointments would cost and what to expect.

This is the third time they have "repaired" my husband's tooth and it has broken within a few days. Whatever they are doing isn't working!

All of the staff at Aspen Dental made my experience great! I was smiling and laughing the whole time. They have such a positive and fun work environment. From the first phone call I made asking for a consultation to when I had my first visit I felt very welcomed. Thank you Aspen Dental!

Just had all my bottom teeth extracted. Dr.Mafd Haddad,DDS was my Oral Surgeon. He is by far the absolute best ! Cara was the assistant and l could speak volumes on what a great person she is. I think Dr. Lacy is the very best. Thank you Aspen Dental.

Super clean, so kind, so friendly. We're from out of town but they made room for us, got our teeth cleaned, and answered tons of questions. Highly recommend! Dr. Lacey checked out teeth, Misty & Marlene cleaned, Michele took x-rays and answered tons of questions, and Kim answered questions, too. Every single interaction was positive!
