I was comfortable from the first call to make the appointment. The staff is very compassionate and caring. I've never laughed at a dentist office while having a procedure until I was there. KUDOS TO THE WHOLE STAFF .

I need all my teeth pulled and need dentures. I went there in the hopes of the financial payment plan they advertise because my insurance has a deductible. Well, don't waste your time if you aren't rich. Will NOT be returning. Went to Dubois PA

The Aspen dental staff were so friendly and helpful. I've never had such a thorough exam and xrays. They wrote out everything I needed to get my smile back and have healthy teeth again with the cost of each repair and the total. The financial person helped me apply for financing . Immediate approval and transfered the funds to my Aspen dental account. Then we scheduled appointments for repairs to begin. There are several different financing options available. There is even one called you don't have to pay today. So, you can get an emergency taken care of the same day. I was having tooth pain and they saw me the same day. My previous dentist wouldn't see me for 2 months for an emergency. I say previous because I'm not going back. Aspen dental won me over! And did I say your exam, xrays and estimate for dental work needed Is free, if you don't have insurance. When Aspen Dental says, "we want to give you back your smile!" They really mean it! I'm so glad I made that phone call.

After years and years of dental work, having been seen by countless offices/dentists and experiencing horrible experiences, I have to give a huge office shout out to Therese, a dental tech at the Dubois, PA office! She has been the single best dental staff I have ever worked with. Not only is she knowledgeable, kind, nonjudgmental, warm and friendly, she has the best interpersonal skills I've ever experienced. She really cares AND listens. She should be recognized by her team for her contributions to making the office a truly trauma informed practice. - Robert B.

Family member went for an cleaning of her mouth. Would have charged her $80 for the small cleaning! We now go to Jordan & Miller.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Aspen Dental Du Bois PA First appointment was for X-rays and to plan the next appointment. The second appointment was for a cavity filled in a front lower tooth Thursday June 30, 2022 at 2 pm. (Not a dental cleaning as one would expect). The dentist young, nice and very rough. Friday I noticed that my lower lip was swollen and my gum was painful with a yellow appearance. I used salt water solution to no avail. I notified my daughter, a nurse practitioner Friday afternoon. She ordered antibiotics and peridex to counteract this painful infection possibly due to poor technique, dirty instruments or both. I would NOT recommend ASPEN DENTAL. Sadly after doing more research this is common place. Take heed.

Excellent service. Getting an appointment was super easy and quick, especially with a broken tooth. I was in an out quickly and the entire procedure was pain free.

I visited Aspen in Dubois,PA. I was ready to go to war and fight them on everything because of the reviews here. But I was pleasantly surprised. My wait time was very short, only 15 minutes, nobody was discourteous, the hygienist that gets all these poor reviews really doesn't deserve them, I'm God awful with names so I can't remember hers, sorry. The issues I'm facing were put to me in a matter-of-fact way. There was no negativity in the way things were explained, you're treated like an adult here, not a child. The pricing is pretty high on some things, but they work with you to figure the most financially viable options. I mean, I really have nothing bad to say. Great job Aspen. Thank you. Edit: Now that my dental work was done, I just wanted to say yes, I dropped a star from them. The reason is simple, the fix was simple. For the love of God, make sure they get you a pain medication prescription. This was not done during my visit and I ended up going to the ER because once that novacaine wore off, boy howdy did I feel every second of unbelievable pain.

Every one was so nice. The lady doing my xrays,, the hygienist, the dentist and also the lady I talked to about financing. No one pushed me into anything I didn't want. Very polite and felt like they actually cared about me. Thank you everyone!

April the dental hygentist made a comment if I had a nickel for everyone that was afraid Of a dentist which made me feel like I was just another number and who cares if I was afraid . The finance person Jill made my day ! I was so overwhelmed hearing I needed over 5000.$ worth of work when I came in wanting to establish a dentist snd have a tooth looked at . Horrible experience. My husband's tooth broke and we needed somewhere to go. They got us in, but couldn't do the procedure that he needed to fix it, so they referred us out to get a root canal, but the place they referred us to couldn't get him in for 3-4 months. The dental hygienist was rude. She asked why my husband had a medical marijuana card, (none of her business), and then made jokes about how his pain tolerance couldn't be that high if he needed medical marijuana. Then, we had a cleaning scheduled and they canceled on us. His second appointment! Extremely unprofessional.
