My family and I have been an Aspen dental patience for 4 years. In September 2022, I had an appointment set for October to get a filling because I had tooth decay. They canceled my appointment because the doctor wasn't comfortable about giving me a prescription for my appointment. The dentist and dental assistant suggested the prescription. Drove 2 hours the day before the appointment to pick up the meds and she said she wasn't comfortable. I have severe anxiety over needles. Made me feel like i was being profiled as a drug user. I am clean. Referred me to the Enterprise office. Made 3 attempts to schedule an appointment with no call backs and 2 attempts at the Dothan location. I had to write an review for them to call me back to say they don't want to see me as a patient because they are knowingly know I have a tooth decay and allowing me to be in pain and causing future problems, which is negligence on behalf of this office. I will be filing a report with Alabama's dental associates and a complaint with insurance company.

I had the BEST experience! I will never use another Dentist, The staff, Dentist, the whole atmosphere was so welcoming. I did feel be embarrassed like my previous Dentist made me feel, She made me comfortable and confident. I couldn't have made a better switch than to choose Aspen!!! Great job to you all, Yall are all AMAZING!

If i could leave 0 stars i would. This place literally does not have their stuff in order, they over charge you and then charge you again for the same thing you paid for. They are so rude and have zero hospitality towards the paying patients. They are disorganized and my experience was absolutely terrible. I went to the one in enterprise, and they are a totally different breed than the one in dothan. I will contine going all the way to enterprise for my care. I'm a patient thats paying my hard earned money to be cared for not talked to and treated like a piece of trash.

I got their way over 30 minutes early for my appointment. I didn't think I was ever going to get back there it took them well over an hour and a half to get me back there that's with an appointment. They was kind of shorthanded that day which I'm a very understanding person and I waited patiently for my appointment. Whole time I sit there I pay a lot to attention to the staff and how it seemed to be such a happy place to work. My experience there was very wonderful I'm looking very forward to my next appointment. Thanks to Aspen Dental for being such caring people.

I honestly love this place. I wasn't able to see a dentist for over a decade and instead of being harsh or mean, they were very understanding of it. They helped me feel like a human again instead of a nasty person who struggled with broken teeth and cavities. I'm very grateful to the dentist and hygienist for helping me.

Worst experience ever at a dentist. I just wanted 2 teeth out that were hurting really bad. The dentist wrote down a book of things she wanted to do in my mouth, including a 150$ toothbrush. The bill was going to be about 7000 dollars insurance would cover over half but I still could not afford to have done what was recommended in the treatment plan. Any ways we talked it out and came up with a plan I could afford but still doing lots of work I was not ready for. So I asked to give me a day so I could talk to my wife. 2 days later I called to make the appointment and was told they would not give me service unless I went with the treatment plan I could not afford. I had the 2 treatment plans in front of me and I was refused service and asked not to go in to talk personally with anyone unless I was ready to pay a deposit and agree to the 7000$ plan. I feel like all they care about is making money. I honestly don't think they cared about my teeth and feel like they would of done a awdfull job. I also felt judged and belittled that I could not come up with the money they wanted. Smdh

Before I went here I researched the compnany. I read all the reviews and came to the conclusion I was going to dixieland dental the next day. I had a broken tooth and one that needed to be pulled asap. I was scared because they never gave me a quote or price range over the phone. After talking to my hisband he wanted to keep appt at Aspen. I walked in office and was greeted very well by the staff, after turning in paper work within 10 min I was getting xrays done, they sent me back in lobby so Doc could look over pics. In 5 min I was called to staff desk up front behind door, she went over the work needing to be done and options, she then gave me quotes. I told focus on hurt tooth. The cost was shockingly lower then expected.then they sat me in doc chair for work doctor came in chatted with me told me to relax and begin to numb my mouth he assured me I was in good hands after waiting on meds to kick in doc begin his work. I felt some pressure no pain it was done so quick they had to tell me it was over. Finally I have to say everyone in this building was precious and wonderful to me. I will be back with thank you cards for staff and ready for my continued work. I would highly reccomend. Try them for yourself please they are amazing!!!

Horrible experience when I got my teeth bleached. The dental hygienist was horrible with cleanliness and taking time to take care of my teeth.

Great experience everyone was extremely nice and helpful Mrs. Krista was very nice and so was Mrs Rebecca all the ladies was extremely nice. And I highly recommend.

I would rate 0 stars if I could this was the most unprofessional and unorganized dentist office I have ever been too. Unless you have 3 hours to waste when you thought you'd have a 30-45 min appointment. Or if you'd like to be treated by staff who don't care or communicate as a team to resolve your issues. Or if you'd like poorly trained dental assistants to scrape up the entire inside of your mouth. I am in Alabama for a short period of time and started experiencing tooth pain. I came to this office for my appointment and was met with extreme unprofessionalism by front desk staff, I sat in the waiting room after checking in for about an hour before anyone told me they could not verify my dental insurance, where they told me I could just work out a self pay plan. No! I have dental coverage for a reason and it took me less than 5 minutes to call my insurance company and verify I did have coverage. Considering this office makes such a big deal about being 15 minutes early for paperwork but then you sit there for over an hour! I finally was brought back to have X-Rays completed, absolutely no one likes these things they are uncomfortable, I know that! But this dental assistant was painfully shoving the tool in my mouth in places where it did not fit causing my cheeks and gums to now be cut up - I have NEVER had this happen after dental X-Rays. Not to mention I was drooling all over myself and was not offered a tissue or napkin or anything to wipe up, is this not common?! Once I was brought back to the room I was met with another dental assistant who communicated nothing about what she was doing she just told me open wide and started on. Then I was met with ANOTHER staff member who they referred to as the hygienist. 3 people to get X-rays and room a simple dental concern?! Not to mention there was no communication between staff and every single one of these people I was met with asked me over and over what I was coming in to be seen for - there was mention of dental cleaning? I was there for tooth pain! This final assistant or hygienist who came in took a look at my teeth to tell me that I need a prescription strength toothbrush and teeth whitening. Since when is teeth whitening anything other than cosmetic?! This same hygienist then tried to make me feel bad for declining a cancer screening stating "yeah until it's too late". Nope don't need a cancer screening I am just being seen for TOOTH PAIN. I told everyone in this office I was not even going to be in Alabama long and I was not establishing any type of long term care I just had concerns of my tooth pain. After the hygienist left I waited in the room for about another hour before the dentist even came in. We are now talking 2 hours past my appointment time before I am even seeing the dentist. Dr. Tolbert entered the room and 3 other people entered as well my first thought was does it take this many people? Then I realized there was just front desk staff hanging out in my exam room to talk to a hygienist about personal matters?! I have to say Dr. Tolbert was very friendly and quickly addressed my concerns and was the only one in the office who took the time to listen and understood I didn't want all this extra stuff or follow up appointments considering I will only be in Alabama for another week or so. I had nothing serious going on thank god because I will never be returning Aspen Dental!

I have to say I can't stand to go to the dentist. My daughter told me to try Aspen. I'm very happy I tried Aspen. The staff made me feel right at home. The Doctors make sure they explain everything and most of all they make sure you don't hurt. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Kali you don't know how much I appreciate you making sure everything is done to give me the best smile in 60 years

Well I went in due to an abscess, and ended up getting my tooth extracted. I was very terrified, but the staff was friendly and very professional. Aspen Dental rocks in my book. 5stars , highly recommended.

My visit went great, I was able to make my appointment the same day. Even though they were short staffed they worked fast and got the job done. I will continue going to Aspen Dental and highly recommend them.They make sure they explain everything and also help you out with paying if you do not have insurance.

Aspen dental are a bunch of liers they are not helpful at all do not go there I beg you they lied straight to my face and then they made me wait almost 2 hours to tell me not to come back. They will rip you off
