I was totally impressed by the professional way with kindness in which everyone conducted themselves. The front desk staff members were courteous on my arrival, which then led to the X-ray Technician, Dr. Mike Farag, DMD, Dental Hygienist Roland and Office Manager Melissa Whitaker, who explained the financial aspect of my visit; showing that she truly cared about my financial concerns and she helped in any way possible. Hygienist Roland did my cleaning and gum treatment without me feeling any pain. I am truly grateful to all and I will be very happy to share my experience with my family and friends. Thank you Aspen Dental Team in Mt. Dora, Florida. You made my day!

My wife will write this 1 It was good, much better than expected tbh. I've had the same dentist since I've had teeth...so going to a new office was unsettling and I stright up made it a dentist interview. He knew his stuff inside an out as well as the amazing assistants. I mean stayed by for every single step, exactly what I needed. Open floor plan just makes you feel at ease... I've scheduled my last bit of work to be done with them, no insurance an they broke it down for us an I cosmic work last.

I went to this office on a Friday due to a infected tooth, I never saw the dentist, the assistant said they would fax antibiotics over to my pharmacy which was never done. So here it is Mon and called the office again no prescription sent yet. That's how they treat there patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I had to have a tooth pulled yesterday and they were so great, dr.dire felt so bad that he made me feel uncomfortable in me having any kind of pain but they did a great job it did hurt but they were wonderful

Great team.. Dr Mike was very thorough of the dental work was necessary for me to have. The teeth cleaning process was amazing which was completed by Roland.

I really enjoyed my Aspen dental office visit it was all that. The doctors and other staff very friendly and knowledgeable on their expertise. I am very much scared of the dentist and Aspen dental made me feel better about this. My hat goes out to the dentists there and staff thanks Aspen dental see you soon.

Excellent cool clean modern facility .. Friendly staff .. No complaints .. Hygienist took xrays to make sure my tooth I was concerned with was ok .. New Dentist was young, but friendly and knowledgeable! Glad to be back at Aspen! (5/11/2022) I called multiple times and left 3 messages to get an appointment. They never called me back. I had to call the Leesburg office and go there, because they actually answer their phone :)

I had my first appointment at Aspen Dental today. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff was. Everyone was friendly, kind, and professional. I have severe dental anxiety but everyone was so caring that I managed to stay relaxed throughout my visit.
