They truly did a great job for me. I had all of my top teeth cut out and removed. They did a fantastic job removing them and making my top dentures. I'm going back in January to have my bottoms done.

I wish I would have left this review a while back. I had a cavity in one of my teeth that I was informed by spring hill a simple filling would need to be done. In the meantime, I moved and requested to move my info and all over to the dickson location as I was closer to that one when I moved. They did, but when I set up for that filling, the dentist then all the sudden claimed he had "drilled too close to the nerve and that I now needed a root canal and crown." Funny how it was a small cavity that turned into an even bigger expense. Now that I've had it for a year and a half, I've endured issue after issue with it..the crown isnt even the right size. Don't waste your time coming to the worst dental place ever. These people clearly don't know what they are doing.

I am so thankful that there is a place like Aspen Dental so close to home! They helped me come up with a feasible dental plan and even helped come up with a payment plan. They have been accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

I was terrified to go in for my consultation. Mainly because I know I've neglected my oral health for years and given the state of my teeth, I knew it was going to be bad news. Everything went better than I could've asked for. The front desk was very welcoming, the techs and other staff were really thorough and uplifting. The dentist gave me hope, the office manager helped me get a solution I can actually afford and the hygienist was very thorough and sweet. I am very grateful for the women that helped me today and the solution that was made for my future dental health. I highly recommend.

I had missed an appointment on the 7th of October for two fillings on one side and was told it was no big deal and they had rescheduled that appointment for December. I had another appointment the following week for same time to have another filling done on the opposite side (they didn't want to numb my whole mouth so that's why they wanted to do them separately). Went in for my SCHEDULED appointment on October 14th and was told I never had this appointment and the one I had missed they planned to do all three and that was the one they rescheduled for December. I told them that I had an appointment for the 7th of October (the one I'd missed) and I had one the following week on the 14th of October. Was told "No, the only appointment I had was the one I'd missed and had rescheduled". Went out to my car and brought in BOTH appointment cards to only be told "Awe, I'm sorry" and that if something came available they'd let me know. No responsibility and an insincere apology for wasting my time and acting like I was crazy for an appointment that they tried to tell me was none existent that I was SCHEDULED for. How do I have evidence of that appointment then I'd it didn't exist?? Dental work is not exactly cheap and I'm paying for this type of service? Unbelievable.

I neglected my teeth after my Dentist died. The people at Aspen from the time I walked in were so nice and understanding. I'm not rich but they helped me to get what I wanted. Thank you everyone.

The girls were fast, friendly, and efficient. The whole experience was like I was at a day spa. The Dentist was very helpful and informative. She wanted to make sure I understood everything. The office manager was also very helpful. She gave me many different options until I felt comfortable. I left that office feeling really good about my experience.

I fill very thankful for the person who are at the Dickson office for responding to all my dental needs. They expanded all procedures and options available to me. They were very attentive to my needs and kept me well informed to the needs of service. I would 100 % refer all friends and family members to visit Aspen dental first and foremost.

So unprofessional. Had me reschedule three times in one month. Paid in full at visit and got sent a bill twice since. Will never go to them again.

Found it very bizarre you ARE REQUIRED to meet with office manager for first appointment to discuss financial payments, yet the cleaning I originally made appointment cannot happen on first visit. I wanted to get my teeth cleaned AND I have dental insurance this seems extreme.

Since I was tricked about financing I can't get my bottom dentures u feelna if I've been scammed and have no bottom dentures u can wear scheduled an emergency appt on website when I went to appt I was told website emergency appt are for new patients only. The staff threatened to call police refused to fix my dentures at time of appt discharged me from aspen. They expect me to still pay financing and office but refuse to see me. The staff us so rude and insensitive and at this point I just want people can call the attorney General of tn
