When I initially called to schedule an appointment with this office, I asked if they had payment plans because my financial situation is rough right now. They said they did so I scheduled an appointment and was pleased with the care I got on that day. NOW,...come to find out, their payment plan is CARE CREDIT which I did NOT get approved for, so my portion is due up front in full on each day that I come in for treatment. My total portion is approximately $4,500 which I will NEVER have. Today, I called to speak to them about possibly getting billed for a tooth extraction that I was supposed to have done tomorrow and they will not do it unless I pay my portion. This is a broken tooth that is cutting deep into my tongue causing severe pain but they will not work with me on making payments. I was told by the girl on the phone that "THEY" did not cause this issue and that she has never gone to an appointment without having to pay. I was NOT trying to get out of paying,...All I wanted was to be billed so that I was able to have the money by the time I received the bill. There was absolutely no concern for the fact that I am in pain with a deep laceration and infection on my tongue. I will not be going back there.

They are overpriced. Tried to charge me $1200 for a cleaning while other dentist offices were $200. And they were kinda rude to me.

Aspen dental's staff is awesome. Never have I ever been to any type of office visit that was more comfortable. The ladies that work there are professional courteous and tell you every step what's going to take place . You make the decision of what you want done . They alter their profession to fit your needs . Only regret I have is there is not more stars to date the dentist and the staff . If ever in a conversation with anyone on a dentist office I'll encourage anyone to visit Aspen dental .

It took me over a year to get my implant when it was supposed to take 3 to 4 months, the color was a little darker than my other teeth. Made a schedule for sept. 12 to get it checked and to look at multiple cavities. I was not put in the computer and was told I owe over $400 after I payed the bill in full for nothing and then I was told I have to wait a week for the regional manager to look at it because I will not pay extra money that someone felt they could tack on after I payed everything off and now it looks like I will have to wait over a month for my cavities to be looked at. Absolutely no top priority. I called 5 times to see about my unscheduled appointment and was put on hold even though I was saying this is an emergency because this has happened before and they left me on hold for just under 20 minutes and hung up on me, so I called from a friends phone and immediately got an answer with annoyance when my name was said. Thinking about calling lawyer

I went in to make a plan to fix my teeth. I knew going in there would have to be a lot done. They made me feel less nervous and set me up with a dental plan. It is gonna cost an arm and a leg BUT the very nice lady at the desk walked me getting approved for a line of credit to help cover some of the cost. I'll leave another review once I get some work done. So far so good

I started my denture journey with Aspen D'Iberville in Feb of 2022. My top plate has beautiful teeth but the teeth are recessed so now my top lip looks wrinkled and my resting face looks like I'm mad. As for my bottoms, ha, it's been a complete joke! The plate was so big I couldn't get it in my mouth...I was told they wouldn't do anything to them for 2 weeks....so I did without bottom teeth for those weeks. They finally did some adjustments and a liner....im still waiting for my permanent plate. I'm a Healthcare professional and I'm just so embarrassed!

Do not go this Aspen Dental office. When making my appointment I said I wanted a cleaning and a check up. I also specified that I wanted a female dentist. I was told that was possible, that a female dentist was in that office. After they took a million ex-rays a dentist came in and it was a male. I let them know he was not what I was expecting. I was told there was not a female dentist working in that office. A hygienist took some measurements in my mouth, then I was being sent out of the office as if I were done. I said , what about my cleaning, that's why I came here. That said that had to scheduled later!!!! I'm so so angry! I just can't believe this even happened. To make matters worse even if that didn't happen I would not have gone back. The floor and walls in the exam room were not cleaned. There was all sorts of debri on the floor, even what looked like gum in several spots. Also there were splatters on the wall from God know what. Just don't go, I'm disgusted!

If you want a "doc in a box" this is the place. The dentists at this location are not even interested in introducing themselves to you before they charge you for services you never agreed to. Avoid this place. They are friendly, but they absolutely lie to get your money.

I confirmed an upcoming appointment by responding to their text message asking me to confirm. I got a response saying "thank you for confirming your appointment". I show up for my appointment and they tell me they can't see me because I didn't confirm my appointment. What am I supposed to do, exactly? How many different ways do I need to confirm before the appointment is actually confirmed? They also botched my partner's crown multiple times. Avoid if you can afford to.

The entire staff were friendly and very pleasant. From the x-rays to exam all went smoothly. The dentist and the assistant explained about the procedures and how many visits it would be to get my dentures and what would happen on each visit. The office manager was friendly, courtesy and very helpful with insurance and total cost. She also told me the about the dentures, type, cost, warranty, etc. Financing was available and I was approved with no hassle. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental.

This place is a joke. They have a call center patient can make appointment. People are polite and can accommodate anything patient need. Had a tooth ache. Made an appointment passed the weekend. Showed up on time. The staff said they were booked full, had to reschedule to three weeks later. If they didn't confirm the appointment, I could have gone to another dentist. Wasting my time and prolong suffering. Ridiculous!

It has been 3 years since my initial visit and they still couldn't get it right. Whoever is making their dentures either needs a new profession or needs to go back to school. I have had misaligned, bulky, uncomfortable upper dentures for three years, I even had a tooth fall out at dinner with people at a restaurant! They offered to remake them and these were even worse!!!! The day I was supposed to have my refund done I was told the manager was on vacation. I have wasted more time, energy and money with Aspen. The worst place to spend ur money!!!
