Set an appointment for a cleaning and they got me a X-ray then had to setup a month wait for them to tell me that had to do a bunch of other dental needs with a $1500 estimate cost. I told them I can get those other stuff done at a later date, but right now I just need a Routine cleaning. They told me I can't get a cleaning unless without the experience deep cleaning. Time to change dentist...Stay away.

Dog got a hold of top denture plate and when I got there I was told it would take four visits and about 3 weeks. After discussing urgency they let me have four visits in six days and was back eating normal again.

I don't know about y'all but going to the dentist is my least favorite. Been over a year maybe more and I know going in I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done. Staff were great. Glad my husband and I both have dental insurance.. I can finally get the dental work I need Looking forward to my next appt.. ha ha just kidding. So glad I finally stopped procrastinating and ready to get my smile back

This review is from my son Jake Petro who recently had a tooth removed and a root canal performed. Jake couldn't have had a better experience. Dr. Atkinson was wonderful and so was Alesha but the standout assistant was named Kat.She went above and beyond to make sure Jake remained calm and kept reassuring him What a truly incredible group of caring professionals. Jake has more dental work to be done but now he's confident with this team.Sincerely, Susan Hullar and Jake Petro.

Visited last year but decided to leave a review since I have found another dental office that was friendlier and more efficient. I had to wait an hour for my scheduled 6mo cleaning and then upon being brought back I was told that they did not have any hygienist at that location. So I only had XRays done to then wait another hour for the dentist to see me. Not only did I have to schedule another appointment for a cleaning but waste over 2 hours for something that should have taken less than 20 minutes. I have since been going to Lyndon Family Dental who are much more professional and quick!

I went un with a broken tooth that is tearing up my tounge. All Aspen seemed to worry about was xraying all my teeth and giving me estimates for a bunch of other dental needs. Then the so called "Dentist"??? told me he couldn't help me and I left still in extreme pain. They did schedule me an appointment to an Oral Surgeon in AUGUST. I will make sure that anyone I come in contact with needing dental care to TOTALLY AVOID ASPEN DENTAL!!!

So far so good I need a crown done and they got me in fast and have made all the arrangements quickly the staff was excellent, kind and helpful I was nervous and they put my mind at ease fast

The doctor and staff were awesome! They were all very friendly and the doctor answered all my questions and I never felt rushed as I have at other dentist offices. I left feeling relaxed and well informed about the work I need done on my teeth.

Had my first experience at this office today and it was amazing. Every single person was awesome and treated me well. The office was clean and I was done in about an hour. I'm looking forward to my future appointments here.

I had a great experience in for my 1st dental prophylaxis in this clinic. The facility is neat and clean. The hygienist did a great job. Most of all staff are friendly.

I'm not one to make my complaints public. But i have Been given the run around through 4 people and a wrong email to try to contact a higher up manager to try to get a refund. I was Seen twice at the Camillus location and both times my work was no where near exceptional. I felt It was rushed and very unprofessional. Along with uncomfortable conversations being held in front of me as a new client at this location. The first time i tried to call, i wasnt Given a name but they were sweet and gave me a manager complaint number. They were also very kind. I was Told a manager named " Kasey" would call me. Instead i got A manger named "missy" who was close to awful with my customer experience. My work is uneven, sharp, exposing in areas where it should not be and I am In excruciating pain to the point i can not Eat solids and my teeth are very sensitive in the 3 spots they did work. I had No pain in any area prior the work i had Done here as aspen . I'm very upset because now easy work is going to turn into more work that needs to be and now also fixed because the lack of integrity and work they have done in my mouth. If the manager Amanda contacts me that will be 4 people to try to get A Hold of for any answer on the refund i am asking for because of the terrible work that was done to me. Upset i have To try to be heard this way for a problem to be fixed that they caused. I would NOT recommend this location personally. EDIT/UPDATE: 4/2/22 I am losing 1 of the teeth they worked on. And got an infection from it. Will probably lose another tooth/get a root canal canal.(which they said i am more than likely going to lose the tooth) They didn't remove the entire cavity out of ANY the teeth they worked on. (3 teeth) So they have to be redone. I have seen 2 separate dentist and an oral surgeon to confirm this. Honestly i am thinking about suing. I have insurance but the time Off and PTO i will have to use because of their mistakes is heart breaking. It's unnecessary i have to use my personal time i worked hard for, to fix their horrific dental work. Please please DO NOT!!!!!! go to any aspen :(

Had my first visit to Aspen Dental today for an initial consultation and cleaning, and everyone there was delightful! I didn't catch everyone's names, but particularly the hygenist, Leah, was super amiable and explained everything that was going on very clearly! Def would recommend!
