I have dental trauma, and anxiety and they were VERY rude and didn't seem to understand patients with disabilities, in fact, they gave me more dental trauma, and I've been putting off getting a severe tooth injury fixed due to the incident I had happen a few months ago, I also wrote to them and never got a response back so I'd recommend ANYWHERE else, hope one day I'll find a dentist who actually understand my anxiety and fear with them.

Overall experience wasn't terrible. Front desk staff could use some work. Tone and manners aren't great. The person calling to verify appointments and insurance was off putting while I was waiting around. She should recognize people can hear that over the phone and in the office. Office manager was nice and knowledgeable. Dentist was professional and courteous. Cleanliness wasn't bad.

Katie gave my boyfriends appointment to someone else when she said to call to confirm. Go somewhere else this place is pathetic and Katie needs trained better! Update now they're making him reschedule AGAIN. Go somewhere else this place is a joke

The service was beyond amazing. The lady Jessica at the front was so helpful throughout the entire process. The dentist was so gentle and gave me back my beautiful smile. Highly recommend them!

Excellent check in with Wendy.Great and informative time of my Xray explanation. Numbers and scheduling gentleman was patient with explanations of charges,appointments, and financing.

I had an emergency (broke my tooth) and Dr. Walid took care of it and did a great job fixing it. Now it looks way better than before. I'm very happy with the service. Thank you

I never recommend Aspen Dental as they don't care wasting patience time though they have scheduled appointment. You gotta wait an hour or so though your appointment is scheduled. Staff is awful and don't show any respect. I feel they worry about their business not valuing the patients.

Really a great dentistry site that I'm never leaving from, I got my wisdom teeth extraction recently and they actually do have payment options that're tailored to your needs, definitely not going anywhere else and its only 2 miles from me as well.

Arrived on time, waited an hour for the doctor to check my teeth for 2 minutes. Just told me I needed a wisdom tooth removal without any consultation or explanation on the procedure. Felt like a waste of time arriving that early. The other staff were very kind, though, especially the ones who checked me in, did my x-ray, and consulted me at the end about scheduling and financing. It'd be a 5 stars if I didn't have to wait that long for the doctor.

Was greeted by the friendly staff at the Merle Hay Aspen Dental. They got me in early and I didn't sit around waiting for the dentist. Did a good examine of my gums and teeth. Everyone was very nice and willing to help anyway they could. Had options on how to fix my broken tooth and options on how to pay, both were presented to me with understanding of my needs. I feel very confident about my treatment plan and know what to expect going forward.

I definitely recommend going to Aspen Dental on Merle Hay RD! I have had extreme jaw pain for 4 days and I went here today to figure out what was wrong (I thought Ibuprofen and ice/heat would fix it). They got me in as soon as I called! Dr. Fatah found the problems and I was able to book and appointment for first thing tomorrow and I was able to book Oral Surgery as well! They are extremely flexible with payment options! They are very professional and polite. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental to everyone!

Very nice, easy to understand. And what I mean is, they don't really talk to you with allot of medical terms you wouldn't understand. Very helpful in informing you of you options and what treatment you can get. Would recommend.

So my dentist tried referring me elsewhere to an oral surgeon but they didn't take my insurance, so I went for a consultation with an oral surgeon at Aspen-- well, I think something got lost in communication because I didn't just get a consultation with an oral surgeon, and the dentist there just referred me to an orthodontist... I think the gist is different professionals need to work together but I truthfully don't know exactly what the role is of any of these people-- though it's time to find out I guess. The lady who greeted me to start off my appointment and do x-rays was very nice and talked person to person with me. The dentist seemed stressed but also nice enough and let me try to get through my bad explanation. The lady who gave me my referral information for some reason caught an attitude when I was asking about where the referral was to and the insurance issue, and I kind of jokingly was like, "oh I have to do all this again, oh darn, haha." Or something in that spirit, and she gave the coldest, rudest, "well, we don't have orthodontists here." That really doesn't inspire a lot of trust and confidence, and I certainly didn't feel welcomed by that person. Like, the whole thing just felt a bit off. And it's already a scary deal. So, I guess I don't know if I'll continue service there or just try to live with my issue rather than going through all this admin. Long story short, multiple people need to participate in my treatment, but if I (knowing very poorly how to communicate dental needs between them all) have the job of first finding the people and making sure they communicate ... Well, that sounds like a recipe for disaster. I'm first very busy, and second I don't feel qualified to take on that role so now I'm at a bit of a loss.

Very unprofessional, not only this location but especially the Ames location as well. Called in on many occasions to schedule teeth whitening bleach and got told they would get back to me later in the week . I never heard back from them so I reached out again and got told something completely different. I don't think my request was so demanding and I could have worked with the dental office but it seemed like they did not want my business. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this office to my worse enemy.

Absolutely 5 stars... walked in off the street and needed a tooth extracted. Everyone was professional and understanding. Friday morning 9am nobody wants there tooth pulled. Well maybe me. Thank you thank you thank you.
