What's frustrating is that I was referred to oral surgeon for a biopsy and they need xrays. Called and found I needed to fill out another form. Why wasn't this all taken care of when we were in the office?

I originally went there to get established and get things started with things I have been neglecting over the past forever years (bad experience with previous dental office) from start to finish they were amazing. So quick and made me feel 100% at ease. Explained everything thorough and showed me everything to. From Xrays to the hygenist to the dentist him self to Emily at the end helping me go over what I need to pay the experience was amazing. Fast forward to today I had a deep scale and root cleaning with the hygenist. She was amazing. She noticed I was nervous and she did every thing to calm me down..she explained every thing before she did it and while in the middle of the cleaning if I felt something she would ask if I needed to be numbed more. I left happy today and will be back in a few months to complete the next step!

I went with my wife and had an appointment for cleaning teeth. Week before I cancelled appointment. Nothing done. But still I got a bill for $16,00. They are fraud charge. Be careful all.

I usually don't give 5/5 ratings but Aspen Dental surpass my expectations! If you want a true team to take care of your dental needs, Aspen Dental is the place to be. They are friendly and make you feel like family. A huge shout out goes to Emily, Macy, Magarita, Sergio, Joy and doc, and the team have made my boys and I feel right at home. Thank you is not enough. Aspen Dental is now part of our family. Thank you

They told me I needed to take care of my infection before I could get my tooth pulled. The last week of my antibiotics taking was bad because I had a newborn. I didn't take the medication in the time I was supposed to do the infection came back. I was in pain. I explained the situation. Asked for one more script of antibiotics. They told me they would call me back. Never did. So I called. I was than treated like a junkie and was told I would most likely not be giving a 2nd prescription due to " people always try and gets scripts out of us. Now I'm banned for getting my tooth removed due to me being a little snippy with a front desk agent. Do not go here.

I finally found a dentist I trust and feel comfortable with. Not only was ALL the staff SO friendly, understanding, helpful and accepting, but they made me comfortable the entire visit. Everything was explained in a way I'd understand. Aspen dental, especially this location, has my business. Thank you.

This is by far the best dentist office i have ever been to from Joe getting me set up with x-ray and put in a room Lindsey going over my plan to fix my dental hygiene issues to Dr Yousefi being very through to explaining everything to my understanding and kassidy helping me with finance with my procedures, I can't express what a fantastic experience I had. I would recommend everyone that has dental needs to please check this office out you will not be disappointed

Joe the dental assistant was very knowledgeable and understanding he had a great attitude and you could tell he really loves what he does. I went for x-rays to have a tooth extracted and they ended up doing to procedure the same day and I was in and out in about an hour. All and all I would recommend aspen dental in Deland great dentist and staff as well.
