Don't recommend at all. My boyfriend has to drive 40 minutes to another aspen dental just to get work done. It should not have to be that way.

All staff was friendly and there's was no wait time! Elle was fantastic, and informative. I would highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

Friendly and courteous in the beginning but the DENTIST couldn't just do a RC or extraction. I would have to go a "specialist" (which means more money). At end, it seemed they just wanted to do whatever treatment would get them paid the most.

Went in a broken tooth & was told I needed all of my teeth pulled & needed a complete set of dentures & the cost was over $12,000. I went to another dentist which pulled the one tooth & did a cleaning & told me I needed a few fillings. I would never refer anyone to Aspen Dental they are only out to take your money.

I got a crown here and they failed to install it properly. It failed and caused a big infection and lot of pain.

Everyone was very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I felt I received the most thorough dental evaluation ever. Thank you for the $19 introductory fee, as I am on Medicare without dental insurance. Will definitely recommend Aspen Dental to others.

Delta Dental Dekalb is a profit driven institution with complete disregard for patient care. In this case, my elderly friend had gone in to have things checked out and left with ALL of her teeth pulled! She had no one to drive her home as her husband is unable, so she had to render help from a friend. Very little follow up from the dentist on her condition (which hasn't been good) and when we did call in for help we were met with rude staff who was unwilling to make appointment accommodations for a patient in pain. She continues to struggle with pain and a possible leftover tooth structure in her gums all the while she is trying to use dentures. She isn't eating right and her overall health has been failing since this money hungry dentist got ahold of her. AVOID ASPEN DENTAL at ALL costs! It's the Dollar General of dentistry & I would trust my veterinarian to pull my tooth before these clowns.

My preferred pharmacy did not receive my prescription via e script. I still do not have the solution to clean my wisdom tooth. There was no affordable solution to the pain I have from my wisdom tooth. I was only offered to get all four wisdom teeth removed at the same time. But I would have to put up a $200 deposit before I can even schedule a appointment. I'm a student. I can't afford that. There was no options offered to me for getting just the one wisdom tooth that's hurting removed. I personally feel like they were trying to rip me off. I kept asking "what I should do about the pain? " and they kept saying you just need to get it removed. Im almost sure the option of getting a pain reliever was on the table but that wasn't offer. Im truly very disappointed in my visit. I felt like it was a waste of time. Besides that- everyone in the office had positive upbeat attitudes for the most part.

I went to Dental Fields in January 2016 to get dentures. They pulled all my teeth and right after that they did the impressions for my dentures. I asked them why would you do that right after you pull my teeth with my swollen gums and I was told that's how its done. Who was I to question that? I'm not a dentist. So after waiting 6 1/2 months I got my dentures and they didn't fit at all. I was told that I would have to have many adjustments. I went back 4 time and they still never fit and there wasn't enough Fixodent in the state of Illinois to hold them in place so I quit wearing them. In April 2022 I went to Aspen Dental and was fitted for dentures. I waited a whole week and a half and I had my dentures and they fit and they are beautiful and I wear them every day. I am so impressed with Aspen Dental. The staff is so caring and nice and what really impressed me was when they were doing the measurements they checked rechecked and rechecked again and again to make sure they were perfect. Anytime anyone tells me they are going to Dental Fields I do everything in my power to sway them away and direct them to Aspen. I cant say enough about this company. Hooked for LIFE.

Called in the morning to make an emergency appointment for my husband who wasn't a current patient. That got him in right away and took care of him. They made him feel comfortable. They gain 3 new patients
