In and out not same day service but as close as could be for the work I needed done. Everyone I came across was professional and proficient at what they did. From the call with scheduling up to the time I was done, it was not a bad experience all.

Reception was absolutely awesome, Dr. Ismail is awesome. Very calm, thoughtful, walks you through everything. This is the dentist I've always looked for.

I am posting this at 5:03 on September 27th 2022. I had an appointment scheduled for 4:45 with their online system. I arrive at 4:35. I am told that I do not have an appointment. Then I am told that my appointment was for 4:15. I am then told that my appointment was canceled yesterday September 26th at 6:51 p.m. I told them I should have received a confirmation of cancellation correct. She told me that I was the one who canceled it. I told her I did not. She then talked to the office person, there was no conversation, I was told that they could make me appointment for tomorrow, September 28th, I told her no since I didn't cancel my appointment. She then told me it could have been somebody that did phone call appointments that could have canceled my appointment. I told her it was BS and walked out. I went to this place because I had previous work done about 5 years ago there and loved them. I think it is ridiculous that they wouldn't even work with me after almost a 45 minute drive when it was clearly on their end of this being a mistake.

Walked in to office to make an appointment and they had a cancelation and got me right in xray explained my issue and gave amounts for procedure and set my appt up to get it fixed

My first time going to Aspen Dental was AMAZING!! It seems just about everyone in the office had a hand in helping me with my treatment. They are all so very kind. The steps that may have caused discomfort they apologize to you because their intention was not to hurt me. And they started my treatment the first day I went there. I've had 2 other dentists in my lifetime that hurt me(and one was intentional) and neither apologized. Thank you Aspen Dental for accepting my insurance, for being so kind and friendly and for getting started on me the day of my consultation. ALL OF YOU WHO WORKED ON AND HELPED ME ARE TO BE COMMENDED!!! May our God bless each of you!!! Big hugs to all of you : ) Be seeing you again soon.

Have not had anything more than xrays and a scan done, Still waiting on follow up appointment, was supposed to get a call with my next appointment, didn't happen. They have my money, now i need their service!

Inital appointment to check all the needs was on point. The tooth extraction was well done with the patient taken care of and considered, even post operation. Everything went as said and a painful experience was minimized and taken care of by kind professsionals.

This places deserves 6 stars!The staff here is very friendly and informative. I get really bad anxiety, especially when I hear the spurring of tha drill near my mouth. The dental suction can sometimes make it difficult for me to breathe accompanied with panic. Jenny was able to make my dental experience go as smooth as possible give the circumstances. She was very empathetic towards my anxiety and discomfort. She made sure my mouth was nice and numb before using any of her cleaning tools so I'd be assured that I would not feel any pain. She is very detailed oriented,which is satisfying because our teeth are very important, she expressed great motor skills as well as good communication skills, she was patient and understanding. The Dr was straight forward and honest. Able to explain what work I needed done , and explained why. He explained i should just take the tooth out instead of trying to save it because the restoration costs of a crown are a couple hundred dollars and id probably have to end up getting it pulled later on anyways so he didn't want me to waste money . It was nice to finally find a dentist who is professional, understanding, and has integrity. The assistant manager, Catina, I believe her name was, I apologize if I got her name wrong, it's been a few weeks since my visit. But thought it was important to mention our encounter. She was very friendly and campassionate, sometimes dental plans mixed with insurance costs and other factors can make it difficult to understand what exactly is going on. So She was able to lay out all my payment plan options, explained to me exactly what my insurance is paying for and what I'm expected to pay out of pocket, she was able to answer all my questions promptly in a friendly manner. Overall, my experience at Aspen Dental was excellent, and I highly recommend them for anybody looking for a great dental team! Thanks team at Aspen Dental !

Today was my first ever visit to Aspen Dental. The staff at the Defiance, OH location were amazing. Everything was explained, all my questions were answered and I will be returning to them for future dental needs.

I have extreme extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. So bad, it has prevented me from going for the past 6 years. Well I ended up breaking a tooth and needed to have it pulled. I had no choice but to find a dentist! I chose Aspen because they are nation wide and I am moving in the coming months. I drove 40 mins to the Defiance OH branch because they could get me in same day (they do take walk ins but I like having an appointment) They were absolutely amazing with me. Pulled my tooth same day! I didn't even feel it (besides some pressure)! I am so thankful to them for being patient and caring through all of my anxiety and tears. They really listened to all of my fears and didn't judge me even though I was a pile of tears. When it was all said and done, i was still crying because of the relief and joy of not feeling anything during the procedure! I cannot thank the staff enough!! You are truly appreciated!!
