Staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Facility is quite modern and gives a lot of privacy to it's patients. I wouldn't hesitate recommending others to their care.

My mother-in - law purchased her dentures from Aspen in Decatur, AL. She has had numerous problems with them. She has lost two teeth on separate occasions. Currently, her dentures were left on Thursday morning to have her tooth replaced. This was supposed to complete by the end of the day. She has not gotten her dentures back. Nor has she be notified of any progress. She has been left to try to make it through the weekend without her teeth. We are not satisfied with this service!

Dr. Patel is the best! I'm not a fan of the dentist, at all, however, he and all other staff members took extra care of me, in all ways (emotionally, financially and of course physically) and by all means necessary ! I was made comfortable, calm and was in and out before I knew it. (Even with extractions, root canals, crowns etc) You will know they care about their patients in all aspects of health. Thank you Dr. Patel!!

Aspen Dental really does care about their patients , and so the experience I had was exactly the way they advertise ' they really do everything possible to make sure your visit is pleasant ' John was really great , he did so much to make sure it fit my budget.... just wish I had went in sooner......

First off, everyone was very unprofessional. Everyone seemed rushed and that caused some pain for me. The young lady who took my X-Rays was yanking the instruments in and out of my mouth to make things quicker. The lady who checked me for gum disease very harshly poked in a dental abcess that was very sensitive and painful. And finally, the doctor came in and claimed that I had a million issues with my teeth when Complete Dental told me just a day before that I did NOT have that many issues. It felt like a money grab. The entire office was just teenagers running around, it was like a circus. I will not be returning.

The front desk clerk was wonderfully knowledgeable very caring courteous and kind he greeted everyone entering as well as departing the financial office manager she was exceptionally genuine of every customers welfare, the x-Ray tech was so so awesome she made you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable area, the dentist was excellent very excellent his care and concern was his first and foremost priority as he performed many needed services with the utmost professional attention to detail to each customer few other techs were lacking much needed people skills

The Lady who took my pictures was good and gentle, The Lady who help me with my payments was very nice. And the Lady Amber who cleaned my teeth was very good. I will see yall later in October!!!!

Staff and Dr Ross were absolutely amazing. Everyone had a very upbeat and positive attitude. I have awful anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they made the whole experience very comfortable. So glad I found an amazing dental office! Strongly recommend!
