Was told they except my insurance which was a lie. Then during confirmation call I agreed to pay out of pocket cost. Drive 35 minutes and they tell me I didn't have a confirmation so it'll be a walk in and they wouldn't be able to do a simple tooth extraction but they'll examine me for almost $300. I don't need a damn examination I know what tooth is chipped and I want it pulled which during confirmation call the guy said they can do only to drive 35 minutes and they do that. The worst pos dental group you can find

They don't back their work anymore under this new management. I am filing a grievance with my insurance, received the paperwork today to initiate a charge back for inadequate, inferior work with negative impact to my quality of life, since I can't smile or laugh and show my teeth anymore. Way more to this story and I will post more as I move forward to seek satisfaction.

I made an appointment for today on sep. 21 for 10 i don't know why it got approved but I showed up and the place isn't even open the sign say 7-5 you call and they tell you there only open on Friday's on the month of July but it's SEPTEMBER SMH

Showed up with my children for their appointments scheduled back to back and the office was closed. They neglected to notify me and no way to rectify the situation. Terrible business practices.

Called to confirm my appointment because I haven't received a confirmation call. Last time I showed up for appointment only to find out they had cancelled because I hadn't confirmed. So I call and machine says they are closed today and only open one day a week. Called answering service and Aspen headquarters and they have no idea what's going on.

I just left this location in Miamisburg, OH. Everyone and I mean everyone had a positive attitude, friendly and professional. They took the time to help me get the care I needed. Especially Labrea Smith. Thank You guys again. May you all Be blessed.

Completely disappointing I paid thousand's of dollars and I got nothing. Denture doesn't fit in my mouth and they said "We can't adjust it anymore". They didn't even try to do anything about it and advised me to do implants, even though they had already done me an X-ray that shows it doesn't work for me. Save yourself the time and money and look for a better option other than a careless place that only seeks your money.

The office manager was amazing and the dentist he was amazing. Those two made my fear at ease. I felt no pain and it was over within 5 minutes. I never been to Aspen before until today. I was a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back.

Everyone at this Aspen dental office was very polite and friendly from the receptionist to the financial dept. They made me feel like they really cared ...about everything regarding me.

Love this location. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. They treat you like family. Easy to make an appointment at my convenience. Everyone there is great. Highly recommend this location.

I was left alone after receiving novacaine. I felt like I was going to vomit and/or faint, so I tried calling out. No one came, so I had to wander around dizzily to find someone to help me. I thought, "This must be a rare occurrence or else why would they leave me alone like that?" But when I found someone to help me, she said it was about a 50% chance...

Aspen dental is horrible place for dentistry! I didnt even want to give them one star!!! They got me out of $7,000 and did a very bad job! They're not professional at all! I had to go to another dentist for them to clean up aspen dentals work and spent a extra $2,000 so i would tell you they only they are good for is the free exams!! Please dont go here and waste your money!! If i could sue aspen dental i would!!! They are worse dentist place ever!!!!!!!

I went to this location today for a routine cleaning with their dental hygienist. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was told it would be about 5 minutes longer. 30 minutes after that, I was told it would be about another 10 minutes. I finally left after an hour. The office manager made no effort or real apology to earn back my business. I took off of work for my appointment and that time was wasted. I will find a dentist who values and honors the appointments they make. Save your time and money and do the same.

I was hesitant to go to a large corporation at first, but they had the best deal for Invisalign. I am so glad I went. The staff is incredibly friendly. They always seem to be in a good mood! They have made me feel as if we're old friends. They have definitely help reduce the dentist anxiety. UPDATE: Ever since the dentist, Cynthia Head left the place as gone downhill. The new Invisalign dentist has been nothing but rude. I am now willing to drive more than 45 minutes to see any other person besides him. He has done nothing but make me feel like and idiot and unwelcome. He told me "you would be taking money out of my pocket" when I told him how I called the Invisalign company myself. I am beyond frustrated, especially because I paid so much money during this whole process.

My experience was good but they were running late and it took me 2 1/2 hours to get completed .
