I had pretty much gave up on ever having a good smile so went in to get a tooth pulled like always I thought when these great people helped me get financial help and they actually cared about giving me a smile again this had to be the very best dentist I have ever went to finally after 52 years I will have a beautiful smile starting my new life with a full mouth of teeth

I highly recommend the entire Dental staff at Aspen Dental located off 53rd. & Elmore Ave. in Davenport, Iowa. They are an exceptional team, who always have the customer's satisfaction at the priority level. Please give them a visit and see & experience their great work for yourselves.

I do not have anything bad to say about the dentist but the office staff is another story. After my visit I paid for my treatment plan (over $3,000). Every time thereafter when I would go in, they would tell me I owed money and I had to remind them I already paid for them to realize I had a credit on my account. After the last time, I told them I was not coming back and asked for a refund for my remaining credit that I paid them cash for. Michelle the office manager told me I would be refunded the $895 over payment on my account within 30 days, its now been 2 months. When I call them "if" they answer, they put me on hold and disconnect or they don't answer the phone at all. This is my last attempt to get the money owed back to me before I seek legal advice.

I went there to have a tooth pulled they said they could do an emergency extraction today they did not do it they wanted to take 15 x rays and have another lady come in to look and she wanted to look at all my other teeth and not pull the one that is causeing my problems not a place i would recomend to any one for any reason

I was greeted as I walked in the door and forgot my insurance card. They were so polite and called my insurance company and then apologized for it taking so long. I got right in and all of my questions were answered.
