Not pleased the charging for procedures and painful when x-rays. Periodontal Maintenance is covered by UHC, yet charged with Aspen and only partially done!

NEVER USE THIS CHAIN! Went today 9/7/22 after making appointment 10 days ago.I have an infected tooth...swollen so bad.Went to office and they had made a 5 minute appointment for a tooth they pulled 8 months ago,even though I explained everything when I made appointment.They charged me $101 for this.Left there after 2 1/2 hours having to find a dentist now! HORRIBLE SERVICE/PRACTICE.

Straight up scam artists. Do yourself a favor and pick a better Dentist. They offer free exams. My insurance covers %100 of exams. But they tried to charge me $103 for an exam before the dentist even saw me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR SEE A REAL DENTIST!

lovely office, sweet personal, easy to talk with and very helpful in every way from treatments plans to Insurance. Very organized and knowledgeable about Insurances which is awesome! I look forward to having my dental work done here at Aspen Dental.

Unfprofessional. Took payment up front, yet partial not delivered in two weeks as promised. I was not notified and went in today expecting to get my partial for my vacation, which starts tomorrow. Rescan done and now told not ready for another 2 weeks. Office staff very rude.

I was going there since more than 2 years but I will not anymore ! When I showed up for my appointment, the receptionist (without any smile on her face and clearly seems like she was not liking her job) told me I did not confirm when they called me so I have to reschedule and the next one is in 4 months .....the fact is : I have never receive any call from them and I confirmed on the email they sent me ! So, I had to stopped my job earlier for nothing ! More than that , at my previous appointment , they asked me If I want to have the Invisalign ...... I called them 3-4 times after that to know the price and to know if my insurance covered that ...... they never called me back ! So, when I asked to that famous receptionist, she told me 3995$ and insurance does not pay because I'm more than 19years old ! But she seemed to just say anything because I called my insurance and they told me nobody called them for an estimate and they told me I'm covered ! So, I will find another dentist . Too bad

Dr.Torres and team where great ! I felt comfortable and they were easy to talk to. It's nice to see that a person's education doesn't add up to arrogance

Everyone was so helpful and kind! I have a dental phobia, and I did not feel uncomfortable there. You do not accept my dental insurance, and this is why I could not use you. Thank you!

This was the first time I went to Aspen Dental in Daphne, AL. I can say that it was excellent in everything. Fast service, the people who attended me were very attentive. The Doctor Dickinson who attended to me and did the work on my tooth is extremely professional and attentive. All 100% satisfaction. Thank you very much to ASPEN DENTAL of Daphne, AL

Was super nervous to go to the dentist after not going for a while, very pleasantly surprised at how nice and caring staff and doctor were. Friendly, attentive, straight forward, and manageable pricing. Not nervous at all to get some work done after meeting everyone here, I am extremely happy with my visit(s) so far and plan to use this place indefinitely.

Receptionist and office manager did not prove to be capable of basic tasks. Could not correct a referral form, after failing to advice an insurance compatible oral surgeon. Refused to make X-rays available on disk.

The courteous and professional front desk personnel, dental assistant/hygienist and the awesome dentist, Dr. Dickinson, my dental healthcare was stellar! I was incredibly nervous, but my procedure was performed with compassion, patience and laser focus. The staff are punctual and efficient. Dr. Dickinson gave excellent patient education and recommendations. My follow up appointment was made prior to my departure. The facility offers flexible payment plans for those without dental insurance. It is with exuberance that I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Daphne for your dental healthcare needs.

Extremely caring staff. I had a full on panic attack during my root canal appointment. The assistant and Dr. Lovell stopped mid procedure to let me catch my breath and slow my heart rate. (Panic attacks are just something I live with.) They even made adjustments for me to be more comfortable. I was in and out within an hour. Additionally, the first exam was very thorough. The Dr. Singh was informative and friendly. Neither of my appointments seemed rushed and they were happy to answer any questions I had.

My husband and i love Aspen Dental ..the staff is very nice , helpful, and we are very pleased with their service , the hospitality they gave us was great ! Very attentive ...this was our first time going to Aspen dental and we are very pleased !

The staff was friendly as so was the dentist but me leaving there in pain and crying all the way from dentist office and I finally called them and they called in tramadol and it's not working I'm in so much pain but besides them not giving good meds to help with pain there a great doctor it's got me scared to go back on the 28 for them to scrap my gums I hope the next visit will be better

Within 10 minutes of my visit, I felt more welcomed and at home than the 2 years I spent at my previous dentist. From the receptionist to the doctor each individual was beyond what I expected and were very respectful. The doctor spoke with knowledge and compassion. Will 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. The experience was everything you hope to have when being in an uncomfortable situation.

I can say hands down this was the less stressful dentist visit I had in a long time and they seem to know and understand what they do. Hopefully this continues on. The lady doing the x-rays was super kind as well as Dr. Singh and everyone else I worked with that day. Keep up the good work.
