I had an app some months back for a teeth cleaning. I was told the first visit was free, they'll x-ray, exam and clean my teeth. Made the appointment well in advance. I even called to make sure of the app a few days prior. I never even got a reminder call. I get there, try to check in, but their "system was down". I sat there for 30 mins just for her to tell me my app was for 2 days prior. The same day I called to make sure. I asked could I reschedule? She said "that part of my system is still down, they'll be giving you a call" I just walked out. That gave the business an extremely unprofessional look. I'm happy for all the positive reviews, but I wouldn't recommend!

After waiting to be seen. They did an xray and the dentist spoke to me for a few minutes. She said she would give me an Rx for the pain but she doesn't do root canals, so now I need to find an endodontist. The people there seem sort of nice, but I do not feel like they really cared about me at all. They all seem unhappy about having to be there. I hope I can find someone who cares and will do the work I need on my teeth to be pain free.

I loved it there. Everyone was friendly and full of smiles and laughter. Never seen such a happy dentist staff. Very nice environment to be in.

I had an abscess. Infected jaw. The antibiotic that was given to me was to weak to handle it and when I contacted the dentist back she refused to change the medicine or give me anything else. I ended up in the ER. Thumbs down on this place. Sorry!!!

Really nice people. One issue though, I have an infection and I still didn't have antibiotics. They quickly fixed the issue once they figured out the problem and I'm good to go now. Very professional people there. Everyone I talked to or had interaction with was very upbeat and cheerful, but the confidence in their jobs is what will keep me going back.

I was highly impressed with my visit at Aspen Dental. The staff were vibrant, thorough, great sense of humor, and attentive to all the details of my dental needs. They sensitive and compassionate about their work and the care of their clients. Keep up the Awesome job :).

Made an appointment for a cleaning. They called me twice for my insurance while I was at work and not near my insurance card. When I arrive and gave them my insurance the front desk lady sat there and complained "this is why I called you so many times" I'm sorry people don't all have desk jobs. Appointment was at 4:30pm and I didn't leave till 7pm and they didn't even cleaned my teeth. Tried to trick me into getting a deep clean (lowest price is $300) called today to change that deep clean into a regular cleaning (too close to Christmas to ask for a couple thousand dollars) THE LADY FLAT OUT TOLD ME I CANT CHANGE TO A REGULAR CLEANING ITS NOT UP TO ME?! But ma'am these are my teeth. Told me that I had to come to the appointment this afternoon, umm I'm not but thank you. I've had really bad luck with dentist but this by far is the most money hungry dentist I've ever dealt with. Keep your "deep clean" I won't ever be back. I will definitely be letting family members know not to be back.

What an amazing group of caring specialists! Today was my first visit because I had a cracked molar that was suspicious of needing a crown. From the moment I walked in, the front desk manager; Janeita, was so pleasant, kind professional and guided me through. I then met the X-ray technicians who were just as kind and caring. I saw Dr. Abraham and I cannot express enough how thorough he was with me in the "game plan" for my crown! Dr. Abraham is gentle, smart and takes so much time in explaining in detail what my next course of action will look like in concern of my approaching crown procedure. Then, there's Shalita the person who oversaw my financial arrangements for my crown; she was just as kind, sweet, caring and very professional! I am so glad I found this practice and happy I'm getting a crown next week! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Living in the middle of nowhere is not always easy, especially when it comes to healthcare. Still waiting on "We'll be calling you" from 2 years ago with previous dentist. Other local dentists are not accepting new patients. I stopped by an Aspen Dental while in Lynchburg, of course that day they had an emergency closure. Went to house, got online for other locations and called, got an appointment in Danville in 3 days. 1.5 hour ride but well worth it. Very nice facility, very nice people. For the amount of work I need done, very good price. Next appointment in 9 days to do what needs to be done.

100% better than Affordable Dentures n Implants in Danville. More business like,.get an actual print out about procedures talked about and prices, ALL of the employees were professional n trained dental assistants.

This place is honestly awesome! I felt cared for, I didn't feel judged at all! I've unfortunately neglected a lot of care with my teeth, but Dr. Cowan and her assistants have done a wonderful job so far with caring for my dental needs. Once my partial denture comes in, I'll be smiling like a did a year ago! Thank you.

This has been the worse experience of my life spent $5000 on dentures for implants they have broken twice still don't have dentures for the implants. Nothing but fake promises and a waste of time they will sell you junk real cheap stuff they say they will guarantee their dentures but what's the point. Will be getting a lawyer and honest dentist not messing with a bunch of scam artist anymore!!!

This place is so professional and helped me with literally all my dental needs. Everyone was so nice and I didn't feel like they rushed on me or weren't thorough in their treatment plan for me. I'm so grateful for the free exam and X-rays for new patients!! What a blessing. And thank you for the discounted new series electric toothbrush!!!

The person on the phone said I could come right in they said they closed at noon so I left right away 65 miles only to get there and they tell me that they don't take walkins on Friday I told the lady on the phone twice that I was on my way.
