Went to the Danville location. The nicest dentist and staff I have encountered in a log time. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work. Turned out I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. They worked after hours to pull it so I would be in the pain I had been for days. I am so extremely grateful and it was so worth the drive 100%! Thank you!

This was a first visit. I'm uninsured, (but found financing for the procedure), and to be honest the world's biggest chicken when it comes to dentists. This visit made me feel at ease, everything explained and I was impressed. The staff out front was welcoming and knowledgeable. They were very kind. I didn't have to sit and wait very long and each step was explained. The techs were the same in the back. The Doctor had a calming manner and I was impressed. I had a great dentist but Aspens experience far exceeded them in many ways.I have another appointment at this Danville location and will put my trust in them.

Thankfully they got me in and fixed my denture. I'd never know my dog took a chunk out of it...lol

Dear friends, I would like to share my absolutely terrible experience with this well advertised as "kind and caring people " dental office. It's extortion place. BE AWARE!!! I've had a very little problem, which ANY dentist can fix in 10 min. I schedule an appointment 3 weeks in advance , when I came, they said "we can't take you today " no explanation!!! I re scheduled. I finally walked in and after getting unnecessary x-ray, and being pushed to buy all needles and overpriced services, I was left alone for almost 2 hours sitting in denial chair. Finally Dr. Sandor showed up and continued to sale me their "deep cleaning " service. I explain again and again that I would like to fix my tiny tooth filler, that why I am here. Please. He seems to be upset and left. Another woman came and introduced herself as an office manager and asked me to come with her. In her little office she confirm that I am here because of tooth filler and asked me to pay $350 .I said okay and pulled my card to pay. "Do you want to schedule it" she said. I was very surprised, I just spent 2 days, taking time from my work, I just was sitting in a dental chair for almost 2 hours and received NO SERVICE. Why I need to schedule it again??? She has no explanation and asked me to pay $350 For what? I didn't recieved any service? I am leaving with the same problem I came! If dr.Sendor doesn't appreciate my time, I never come back here again. If you don't pay, we'll send it to collection. She said. I left that dental office with terrible headache, I just couldn't believe what is happened to me. I never had anything like this. People who are working there are rude and unprofessional!! I want everyone to know it, before you end in the same situation.

This was a horrible place to go for dental. I went for a routine cleaning. I made the mistake of telling them that I didn't floss as often as I should and sometimes my gums bleed when flossing. The girl that was the hygienist kept saying in her "professional opinion" that I couldn't do regular cleanings anymore. That I should start having a periodontal cleaning. My insurance company would only pay every 6 months and I would still have to pay $56 out of pocket. The Hygienist wasn't happy with that. She kept saying in her "professional opinion" that I would be required to have periodontal cleaning every 3 months. I couldn't just do 6months because "once I seen it, I can't unsee it". That means I would have to pay $245 for those visits as my insurance company says every 6 months. I explained that I couldn't afford it nor do I have time to take away from work so leisurely. They wouldn't accept me as a patient unless I agreed to cleanings every 3 months. After going to another dentist, my gums wasn't that bad and they didn't recommend a periodontal cleaning at all. I was told by a someone I have a mutual friend with, that they used to work there and it's scripted what they are to say to patients. So her "professional opinion" and "once I seen it, I can't unsee it" is scripted. They wanted me to pay $602 a year for just cleanings and against my desire. They wouldn't consider that at least every 6 months at $56 out of pocket for me was an option. At least I would have been getting some dental work. Thankfully I found a better dentist. So my review is to beware of unnecessary work to keep with their scripted messages and big profits.

Everyone I encountered was so friendly and nice. It was the most thorough exam I have ever had and everything was completely explained to me. The best part was all of the help with figuring out payment options and how to get my dental plan taken care of without going broke! Because they took the time to talk to me and help me, I can finally get the work done that I have needed for years that was over looked by other dentists and get the mouth guard I have been struggling to find the finances for! This has, by far been the best dental experience I have ever had!

Walked in for broken tooth. Fixed it with temporary crown and in 2 weeks I will have work completed. Competent and friendly service.

Such a friendly and patient staff. Enjoyed everyone I came in contact with. Everybody was nice and made me feel comfortable. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist office!

They can't get insurance process or loan processing done right. They did work on my wife's mouth and we been paying 200 a month on loan for it and Aspen havent even accepted the loan from the company and now our Insurance which is top of the line is requesting an x-ray which was done a few weeks ago when a piece of bone that came out was reviewed they lost that. Though now we may be held responsible for there rushed and neglected process. And they our upset at the fact I told em we ain't paying a dime if our insurance regects the crown work tell the 3k dollar loan for the other work is paid off. I have to find another dentist to take care of my work I got 3 teeth that need pulled the holes our too big and because how they do things I now hopey Insurance will cover an initial visit at another dentist. I am not changing my review if I get another call bout my reviews I will ignore it.

Aspen Dental in Danville, Ky. Had the friendliest, welcoming, and positive staff. I went here to see about getting my teeth fixed after years of drug addiction, and not one time did I feel judged or awkward! It was a positive experience all across the board and I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anybody!! They were a little expensive but, still get five stars because the employees have nothing to do with that!! Great place to go and, have all your dental needs fulfilled by genuine people who care!

The whole crew at Aspen dental just treated you like family.i was a little nervous at first but as soon as I set down in that chair they made me feel real comfortable.i been to a few dentist trying to find the one I fill comfortable with I think I just found it..Aspen dental in Danville KY .

Had a wicked toothache that kept getting worse all week. Couldn't find an available dentist until I called Aspen. They saw me the same day--AND stayed 1/2 hour late the following day to pull my tooth. Very professional. Very impressed.
