Very , very , exceptionally staff. Going to stick with them. Had them in Illinois about 9 years ago. So, glad that I found out that they are up the street, around the corner. From my home. Great ! Got me right in. Same call. Same appointment date. You can't go wrong with Aspen Dental.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental over on 2811 N Vermilion. I had no issues with the staff and they were super nice! I'd especially like to point out Tammy, Taylor, and Anjel! I'll definitely be returning for any necessary cleanings and check-ups!

I had the best experience here! Love the office staff and my doctor. Super fast. I was insecure about my smile, but they made me feel a lot more confident. I'm usually really nervous in a dentist's office, but not here :)

If I could give them no stars I would, the quality of work they do is trash, Rude staff and rookie doctors, would not recommend. All the work I had done was trash. The multiple fillings that I got caused infections in my nerves, because the nerves were touching the fillings, which caused extreme pain.Not to mention when I initially got the fillings I had to go back multiple times because the fillings messed up my bite. Their work is TRASH

It was the best dental checkup ever. (I am 71) Everyone was attentive and let me know the plan step by step. They were very creative as they worked around my schedule. I will gladly refer others to them anytime.... In fact later this year my husband will be needing a check up and he definitely wants to go there. Thank you so much for the great experience. Made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. Mia was great and explained everything. Very knowledgeable and wonderful at her job. She was on top of it!! The hygienist made me feel like I had a new friend. Will definitely return.

I have the worst fear of the dentist and If you do too, please I re assure you.. Aspen Dental IS the place to go! Staff is completely comforting and reassuring ! I have a root canal and deep cleaning coming up soon and I am TERRIFIED of needles and sharp things in my mouth, but the staff assured me everything will be ok. Very comforting warm happy zone. Love you aspen! My fear of the dentist has gone down TREMENDOUSLY!!!

Nice people if you can talk to someone...they rarely answer the phone just goes to voicemail if you need appointment or urgent help I advise to drive to the dental office so you can actually talk to someone

I paid for a extraction and went in for it @730am and they got me back in the chair pretty quickly the staff was friendly but mid surgery the dentist walked away in the amount of about 3 times and left me with half a tooth still in my mouth the tooth was embedded into my jaw bone and it was a difficult extraction in the moment of her trying to get the rest of my tooth out there were 2 other extractions in the office and she asked me if I wanted to Come back for another appointment to get the rest of the tooth removed at that point I was enraged they were gonna leave PIECES OF MY TOOTH in my mouth pretty much (unfinished) and I told her I will sue if they do not get it out today . I don't know what dentist sends a patient home with pieces of their tooth still embedded in their mouth . This was obviously addressed and fixed while there but I'm not sure I'll be going back

Amazing experience!!! Nothing was done without a explanation and reason behind it. I was kept well informed whole time I was there. The atmosphere was calming, lighting ,colors used was warm and welcoming. Fearful of the thought of dentistry, yeah me too. Not any longer, thanks to the Danville staff for serving with care.
