I had a great Experience at Aspen Dental. Rob was helpful from the time he made my appointment and even going over the treatment plans & gave me various options. The receptionist, X-ray tech, Dental hygienist, and dentist were all on point. I was able to get quick service & follow-up appointments to get my work started. I truly recommend this professional, friendly dentist office that will meet all your needs.

Jubilee E. Is a young ladies I met after becoming a Aspen Dental Patient, she reminds me of my daughter very knowledgeable, confident and personable always smiling. Me and my Wife have nothing but nice/good things to say about Jubilee and the entire staff at Enfield Aspen Dental, I'm glad we chose Aspen for out dental needs.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Please, go somewhere else. They're going to mess up your teeth and make you pay for it.

Don't waste your time, they don't listen to anything you have to say and they aren't even nice. Everyone gives you different information and you won't get your needs met. Go somewhere else. But shout out to the X-ray tech and chick at the front desk, they were sweet and the only reason why this place even deserves one star

Worst dental office I've ever been too ... if it wasn't for my insurance company requiring me to visit this office then I would've never came, especially seeing the awful reviews. The office staff is extremely unorganized with always making mistakes with scheduling. For example, they would schedule an appointment but then mark it down wrong in their system somehow (this occurred often) or some sort of "issue" would suddenly arise and then make it seem as if it's the patient's fault. Not to mention the various dentists and dental hygienists that are always changing because this office is unable to keep their staff. Very awful business.

Could not have been any happier! This office is truly hands down the best ever. Danbury location was so quick and helpful especially since I have a infection and need a re-treat on a old root canal job that I did. Brandon was extremely nice and super quick with taking me in and scheduling me with a specialist to help me in my situation. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

This is the most horrible dental clinic. Every visit that I had, I saw a different dentist since they are unable to retain their employees. No continuity of care. I needed an endodontist and they referred me to a different Aspen clinic ...

The first time I went to Aspen dental they said I needed a deep cleaning and my mouth was very infected. We made a Plan for cleaning and it cost about $4264.00 with the discount Plan $2000.00 When I went for the first time cleaning, I paid for everything, and I have to come back for a second visit after 3 months. When I came back for the second time the Dr told me, I still needed antibiotics and It cost about $300. I did not accept it. After 1 month they started to send me a bill for my second visit. I already paid for it, so I went there to ask why I'm getting a bill? They told me that the first cleaning with some antibiotics cost $ 2000.00 They they didn't explain to me that the second time I have to pay $185 + 300 for more antibiotics. And they say every time I come for my cleaning I have to pay $185. I'm so disappointed and for that's. The prices is to much. My old dentist was better then this place (Aspen dental sounds like a money scam) I need my money back they like to steal and scam people's money

My experience for my emergency appointment was rather typical. I have a tender spot and and infection that is uncomfortable. I had the X-ray series including the panoramic views. I am offered a treatment plan. I paid a deposit of $3200 and before I left had impressions for a temporary partial. Quoted $16K total for repair crowns and extractions. Today. I have a huge abscess and with advanced periodontal disease I know when I am experiencing something that is not typical. I began the Antibiotic the day of my first visit, day but day 3 into day four what was tender is throbbing pain. My sinuses ached jaw was beyond tender and I was experiencing radiating pain under my tongue. Waves of weakness also a 3" lump along the jaw. Using ibuprofen for pain will not permit much of a fever. When you couldn't call me ask to see me for the greater emergency I could only cry. I knew it was serious and could be heading for rupture and beginning of sepsis. I have root canals in the area of the abscess. It does get quite bad before I feel pain now. I went to another dentist and by X-ray thre teeth looked as if it could be a any one of three teeth. Putting in the lidocaine created a geyser of pus shooting out from the center of the tooth. I had two extractions today and my mouth hurts but I also have some relief. The dentist said I won't abandon you. And to call with any issues. Since what I have is a discount coverage and not insurance. I expect the initial visit as a new patient is free, I will be requesting the return of the full deposit. The care was kind day one but compassion dwindled as the cash was paid. No call yet today it is now 8p and my call was at 930 A and I called a second time going for a response dentist is with pt ok. Third call Dentist was aware but busy. This is the most inconsiderate, incompetent, and dismissive demonstration of dental care. There is a line that is crossed that is called neglect and malpractice Just refund my money so I can pay a compassionate dentist with integrity
