Had dental work done. They set me up on financing and before all my dental work was done I had a bill. Went back and had a crown put on and was charged a bill that wasn't on my payment plan. I called three times and was told once they could put it on my financing on to receive a bill again. I called back a fourth time and was placed On hold for 20 minutes before you decided to hang up. This issue is not resolved yet !

Worst customer service ever! Took my money and never answered the phone again and no call backs. Can't even schedule to go get my crown on that I've already paid for and I'm on day 65!

I called them to set up an appointment to remove stitches from a bone graft that was performed somewhere else. I was told they could do that. I arrived to my appointment and waited 45 minutes for them to call me out of the waiting room. After taking some images they asked me what I was there for, and I told them I was there to remove some stitches. That's when I was told that they didn't think they could do it, and they would go ask the dentist if he would do it, only to return to tell me that the doctor was not comfortable removing stitches that were not placed by him because he was afraid to cause any damage. The Doctor apparently arrived at this professional conclusion without even taking a look at my mouth and seeing if it was completely healed and safe to remove those stitches

A friend of mine left my local dentist because of insurance type and came for your services. From the first day, after her visit, she developed problems. Bridges coming out, crowns breaking free. She had all refixed. Then today, she went to my dentist, her old dentist, and he was dismayed and shocked at the poor design of your work. He recommended contacting her insurance to get money back for such poor work. But at least two lessons were learned today. She will never step into an Aspen dentistry and neither will I. Thanks alot for the pain and suffering from your work. A lesson learned the hard and painful way.

I had to visit Aspen Dental in Cullman, AL because my veneer came off my front tooth while I was visiting my parents. They were very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone. The cost was very reasonable and I got free X-rays. Thank you Aspen Dental. Very nice experience.
