First time with them. Showed up early and they started my visit accordingly. Friendly and courteous. Clean and seemed well maintained. Had issue with computer system when it was time to pay causing me to have to wait longer than expected, which wasn't on their end but she kept apologizing anyway. Will be going back.

As soon as I walked into the door I was treated so nicely. The Staff took great care of my needs and care. Thank you so much Aspen Dental of Crossville, Tn. I will highly recommend you to family, friends and anyone who wants to know. I look forward to my next visit, which I have never before.

I was offered the chance to get a Care credit card with only knowledge that I would be billed to this CareCredit. When I received my first Care credit bill I also received a bill from Aspen dental for $800 and some dollars. My insurance covered some of that but it was a completely separate bill and caught me off guard. So now I owe $700 but cannot get seen until I pay that $700 so I'm not very pleased with Aspen dental and their method of getting paid.

They let 3 people go before me even though I had an appointment. Then the receptionist waited on me.treated me like I was stupid. I was probably the richest person walked in there all day. Then said couldn't use my old dentures because they weren't made there because of of policies then in same breathe said needed old dentures for bite purposes. Made no sense what so ever. Never even saw a doctor.

I have very high anxiety and EVERYONE in the office is as so great and nice! The dentist was great as well! I'm very pleased. They worked with the budget I had!

The staff & dentist are very sweet & caring I was in a lot of pain with my bottom moller and I just went my first visit they did it same day I'm so thankful I didn't feel anything highly recommend God bless you aspen dental!

Do not go here lie about teeth made me go to ear and nose doctor and wasted money there was nothing wrong with my sinuses I don't recommend this place horrible.

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental in Crossville, TN. Back in February I had a tooth extraction done and then another again two weeks ago. My Dentist wasn't able to perform the extractions so I was referred to an Oral Surgeon in Cookeville. Both times I had to have friends drive me due to Dr. using general anesthesia. The cost was close to $800 each tooth. At Aspen Dental I had a complete set of X-rays and saw the Dentist for only $19! I'm scheduled to have this other bad tooth extracted in two weeks after the area next to it healed where last tooth extracted. I was offered a choice of a "local". I'll be able to drive myself and the cost will be $250 - not $800 this time! What I also like about Aspen Dental is that they can treat ALL of my dental care without having to go to a different Dr. If all goes well I will have my 6 month cleanings here as well! To conclude I must say that Dr. Farid, DDS and the Staff were very kind, caring and professional!

I would not recommend anyone to use Aspen dental. I had major work done that took over a year. I was never informed of many things of should have been informed of. This whole process had been a horrible experience. I could write a book on how bad I was done.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental and I was very satisfied with my visit, the staff is friendly , knowledgeable and most of all carding .

Saw they took walk ins and emergencies so I went to go for help, only to wait 3 hours before even being seen, getting no help at all, went complaining about pain was prescribed ibuprofen and charged upwards $1800 extra, compared to a different office that quoted me $500 for all of the same procedures. Didn't deliever on any of the paperwork or providing a receipt, thank god I didn't sign up for anything more. JUST GO TO CHATTANOOGA MUCH MORE WORTH

I truly hate going to the dentist. I've had so many bad experiences that I have literally lived with broken teeth for years because of how much I am afraid of going, however I can say that the entire office staff was amazing they made me feel comfortable and understood. There was no shaming me for the way my teeth are but listened to me on what I would like to do and was extremely caring and friendly. I was a nervous wreck and even thought about walking out as soon as I got to the back because I was so nervous but I am really glad I didn't I will hopefully be able to smile again with no shame and embarrassment in a few weeks! Thank you for showing me that not every dentist is there to shame you or look down on you because of things thats happened in the past when it comes to your teeth. And thank you to all the staff who reassured me everything would be great I hope my next visit is as pleasant as today's was. Really happy with the service I got today! From front desk manager, xray tech, hygienist, doctor and the young man (Adam) who helped get the mold of my teeth you guys were completely wonderful and I appreciate it!

My dental assistant Hannah was amazing. Dr. Farid was very helpful and determine the status of my teeth. The hygienist Katie was very thorough about my cleaning. And Rachel was very helpful with my finances. I would definitely suggest and use Aspen again!

Recently moved to the area and it was my first visit to Aspen dental. My appointment was for a checkup and a Maintenance Cleaning. The x-rays were completed and a discussion with the dentist followed. I was given a $136 bill for the checkup with no cleaning. I requested a n itemized bill and was given a grocery Style receipt.
