This place is horrible. 3 times in 6 months my "permanent" crown came out and they charge me to fix it? Keep coming back for their mistakes to be fixed.

I HAD A APPOINT FOR 10 AM AND WHEN I GET TO THE OFFICE THEY TELL ME THERES A DELAY AGAIN ALWAYS A ISSUE WITH THE CRESTWOOD OFFICE.I may look to use another office if possible

At first, they seem to care about your needs. That is until you pay the bill. They get your money and than the service goes downhill from there. Within months, I've seen so many dentists, hygienists, etc...come and go. When you get a receipt for the service, there is no name on it. So, when you need to go directly to that person. Good luck! My advice to anyone going to the one in Crestwood (I have no experience with other Aspens) get their full names. It seems like no one wants to be accountable. By the way, I have a tooth still in my mouth (months later) that they cracked and gave me some unexcusable explanation, why they shouldn't remove it. Don't be fooled by their kindness. They only care about money. After paying 8,000.00...they were still trying to get me to pay more, by giving me an option that I didn't get from the start. Again, get first and last names and really look into their experience because a lot of them seem to be fresh out of school. I am currently still going to this establishment. So, when "the process" is done. I will post an update.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. If I could give it a 0 star i would of. Brought my son there for an emergency and couldn't get the procedure done unless I signed a and paid half for 10,000 procedures, and then they did his abscess. What a rip off. Then they kept adding on $$$$$$$. Because we missed some appointments because I'm sick a lot wanted us to pay again with his insurance now and said they sent us $1,000 back months ago. NEVER RECEIVED!!!!! Still waiting a year later. This place is the biggest rip off ever. If anyone knows a good lawyer or knows of a lawsuit going on already against ASPEN, PLEASE LEAVE ME A COMMENT.

I was really happy with the services until I requested to be moved to another location because that one was closer to our new place.I keep missing my appointment and when I told them about my situation they just couldn't understand. i have Invisalign and I think Im due for scan. i have been wearing my old tray for a month now. i haven't received a call or email from them cuz they said they will call the other doctor and process the paperwork blah blah. I don't usually give bad reviews but they just don't care at all. They have no permanent dentist anyway. I have seen 5 dentists already since I started last year.

I was pleased with the fast and courteous service. Everyone from the Receptionist, X-ray technician and dentist was nice. Everything was explained in detail. I will recommend this location to my friends and family.

Went there yesterday because I am in pain. They did a consultation, which ok thats fine but went there to get tooth pulled and out of pain.Have to wait till sat to get tooth pulled. Gave me ibuprofen for pain. Not working. What's the sense was there for 2.5 hours nothing done. Not a good first experience.

First time visit was with a excruciating toothache so I was a mad bear. They were professional throughout the experience of me rushing them for a solution. I was impatient to say the least. I was trying to catch a plane to London for a vacation that was planned 2 years ago. I wasn't missing that flight. The doctor came in and had a solution and I was on that flight. Thanks so much for being the ANGELS I needed. Oh and don't believe the folks that say you can't fly after a tooth extraction. I did and NO PAIN!!!
