I wasn't to happy with type of service I got today. I went too get tooth pull today and didn't happen today. They need to be honest on what they telling you on phone. Then in person it was something different they were telling me that I needed.

Do not use this dental facility. They will try to force procedures you do not want. Example: asked for regular cleaning that is covered by insurance-Aspen refused saying deep clean at $145 or nothing. Went to a local dentist and regular cleaning was performed--stated deep clean was unnecessary.

Dr. T was funny but they could not get the appointment right i went in for a cleaning but got something totally different. I am no longer a patient as no one new what was supposed to happen its a good thing I wasn't supposed to get a limb removed it would have probably been the wrong one removed.

I was called and asked to come in an hour and a half early. An hour and a half later at my original appointment time I was finally called back only for the staff to tell me I needed clearance from my OBGYN to be seen. I asked the office manager why they didn't say something an hour and a half ago and she said "well I didn't know you were pregnant on the phone" I walked in pregnant, i didnt hide my belly from anyone, it wasnt on the new patient forms why would I know you needed that? "We can't just assume" your nurse did when she called me back. "Well this is standard for any provider." No it's not because I called another dentist when I left your office and guess what? They don't need it unless there are pregnancy complications. The least the office manager could've done was appologize for calling me in 1.5 hrs earlier just to make me wait all that time anyway. But anything I said was met with an excuse and attitude like it was my fault for not knowing i needed permission from a seperate doctor to be seen by a dentist.

Dr Hernandez had quite the job ahead of her when I walked in. Im 42 and had only recently gotten insurance( for the first time!) I had alot of problems with my front teeth and hadnt really smiled in a decade. After 3 short visits my confidence has tripled and actually get compliments on my smile and teeth! I can not thank her and the staff enough.

Myself and another couple waiting were quite aggravated that there's no one trained to check you in at the front desk and you have to wait an hour for them to get back from their lunch 2-3 just to get checked in. That needs to be fixed asap.

I made the mistake of paying for the entire four visits ahead at $786.00, but on my 1st visit the tech said I didn't need the 4 antibiotics & will get a refund. I didn't get the teeth polishing at the end either so I ask for a refund, they only gave me $214.00 back but owe me $97.00 more & will not answer my calls or letter. I do not like thieves or bad faith businesses and will take this to who I need to because I have attempted to work this out with proof but they are ignoring me.

they gave me an appointment and when i arrived there was no one in the waiting room. It wasn't until I asked when they were going to see me and a half hour later they sent me to another room to wait. During that first half hour wait others came in and were seen before me. Not Good. Before my appointment I had brought in xrays of the affected area. The supporting staff asked me why I was there today. I asked them to look at the information I brought in the day before my appointment. That's when they became indignant and rude. This is for a crown that had allowed decay to start under it. The crown was from another Aspen Dental location two years prior. Obviously a bad installation.

Staff was very pleasant. Dentists were knowledgeable and explained things well. Some procedures seemed pricey, but can't say for sure due to not having enough knowledge of expenses. Was there for nearly 4 hours only getting x rays done.

I generally do not give 5 stars however I am making an exception. Dr. Hernandez along with her assistant, the office manager and the receptionist are absolutely outstanding. I had major work done and I am blown away with how caring, knowledgeable and precise everyone is. This is truly a great team!

I called Aspen for the cost of filling for 1 tooth and crown for another. I was told with discount the crown was $789. ad the filling $111. We scheduled first appointment in Niceville to be seen the fastest. After xrays and evaluation the prices rose to approximately $1650. For all the above work. We were told it couldn't be done that day so we requested to be scheduled for work in Crestview because it was closer and according to the call center cheaper. The Niceville dentist never called them as she told us she would do. I called the call center again and they said she could get the work done on Thursday at Crestview. Once we arrived at Crestview they stated it would be 2 weeks before they could do the work and the price rose to 5K plus the dentist was a arrogant, rude, @$$. We walked out and went to another dentist that did xrays, root canal, crown with a post, filling, and cleaning for $2300. Aspen dental lies to get you in. Don't waste your time or money on this place!!!
