PLEASE AVOID! Did fillings, cleaning, crowns. In this specific practice... ended up having to redo them at another place because they were not done correctly. Had to pay out of pocket since insurance would not pay twice for the same thing. Billing at this practice is a huge gray area... you get in, pay your deductible. Then get out and receive another bill mailed at your address!!! NEVER AGAIN... This happened to my wife as well. She did deep cleaning and many fillings. Ended up redoing them in the same year at a different practice because there were not done correctly. Avoid at all costs l. Aspen Cranberry.. please pay attention to your patients care and get your dental work in shape. Please research this practice in yelp as well. This is a psa ro anyone who cares about their health and well being. Don't put your health in a careless practice.

Long overdue review. A year ago They "filled" some cavities in my rear wisdom teeth. One fell out not even 3 days later. Ever since I've been in extreme pain on the tooth that the filling fell out of. I have stopped making payments since. Probably should have called, but I've been so upset about it ever again since I've never bothered. I was suspicious when the doctor could hardly speak English, but I felt too bad about it to say anything at the time but I wish I did. Dont use Aspen dental, it isnt worth the pain

The cranberry location is super friendly, kind and knowledgeable! They make me feel safe and at ease by explaining what things are, how they are done and expectations to come. Today was the first time I told my dentist I was having fun! I look forward to seeing this office in the future! Thank you so much for all your help and support .

Out of all my visits and different dentist office visits, I had the smoothest cleaning and experience at Aspen Dental in Cranberry. Gina at the front desk got me set in and set up quickly and the dental team truly cared about your teeth's well being and your comfort. Already booked to go back!

I was experiencing discomfort and called Aspen Dental and they quickly got me in to see a doctor and take X-rays. The doctor explained everything to me clearly and laid out a plan for treatment. Everyone in the office from the check in to the check out with Gina, who scheduled my next appointments, were friendly and handled everything with efficiency and care. I feel very comfortable going back to this office knowing the staff values me.

Worst dental experience ever. I went because I don't have dental insurance and they offer a free exam and X-rays to new patients. Little did I know that would just be a scam to make me pay for unnecessary procedures. I was called back for X-rays, which were painful in and of themself. Then I went to an exam room for a gums exam, and the tech went SO fast there's no way she was thoroughly examining. I was informed I had mild gingivitis and before they could thoroughly clean my teeth I needed "gingivitis therapy" (interesting as I've never had a less than perfect dental report). I was led to believe I would receive this service along with a cleaning but when I was called to yet another room for a cleaning, it was so fast and didnt feel thorough at all. This gingivitis treatment was literally just a couple spritzes of an anti microbe wash (definitely nothing under the gums like they told me would happen). Then I was told I'd have to come back in two weeks for the real cleaning.... A dentist didn't even come back to check after the cleaning, which is standard everywhere else I've ever received dental care. So nearly $300 dollars later I'm sure I received a subpar cleaning and unnecessary "treatment." I will 100% be filing a complaint with the BBB. Such a scam.

The receptionist was rude to me on the phone when I called to make a cleaning appointment. And by the way, payment in-full is due when you make the appointment, NOT after your service.

This was my first time at Aspen and let me tell you it was amazing. I only went for a consult and they ended up putting a plan together helped me with financing and even started the process with my impressions and a root and scale. I have been dealing with problematic issues from another dentist and it will finally be done right!
