Would not recommend, they offered 4 free whitening gel refills an when I go try an get a refill they denied they offered the free refills an they never had a plan that had free refills. Secondly I had my step brother go for a visit an they tried charging his insurance for items they have not done during his visit along with automatically chosen the highest priced plans instead of cheapest plan he had asked for

The staff is friendly and compassionate with the patients. They spend time reviewing what is happening during your visit and next steps. I highly recommend them! I would like to give Kelly a special shout out. She has been so kind and patient with all of my issues over multiple visits.

Came here all the way from New Orleans due to a dental emergency. They were able to see me and fix my immediate problem. The staff is nice and the work they do is detailed and excellent quality. So I guess I have to drive all the way here now because they are my new dentist lol.

Will try to sum this up as briefly as possible, my teeth were in extremely bad shape, came here hoping for the best but prepared for the "just enough to get by". Truly every single person here helped me get to a place I never thought possible and in a relatively short time with at a very reasonable expense. Didn't feel judged or anything close to it, I felt very comfortable and moved through the process with ease. I even remember everyone's name because they actually felt like family. THANK YOU, Dr Norton, Kelly, Haley, Meagan and Nicole!!!!!!!!!! Forever grateful for your efforts and warmth. I highly recommend these guys.

Dr. Norton and his assistant Kelly get an A+ rating. My permanent bridge was glued-in today and this last step was handled in a professional and personable manner. Actually from my initial visit, the entire office staff and office manager have been so pleasant to work with. And the cost was not only reasonable, but much less than my prior dentist was going to charge. My bridge is perfectly fitted and looks great (4 front teeth, secured on 2 canine crowns). My wife has also changed her dental care to Dr. Norton at Aspen Dental and has been very pleased with the crown and cleaning she completed with them. Dr. Norton is an experienced dentist, with a personal manner that makes you feel very comfortable and assured that you are being cared for in the best way possible. I highly recommend the services provided at the Covington office!

I've always been fearful of corporate dentistry, but because when I first moved to Mandeville, I thought I would be getting sent to a new location after 6 months it was the best bet for me. The staff at aspen dental in Covington is phenomenal. Since my time there I've had my wisdom teeth pulled, 3 cleanings, some fillings, Invisalign, and a chipped tooth repaired. Truly a great crew! Special shout out to Sam, my tech that helped me through my entire Invisalign process. She's amazing at what she does and truly has made this experience great for me!
