I took my father-in-law for broken dentures. He is 88 yrs young, with dementia. Everyone made us feel welcome and cared for. We will be going back to replace his broken plate.

From the time I walked in I was treated ike a customer should. Very nice staff all around and I do mean every single staff member was exceptional. Took the time to explain every detail every step of the way. Made sure I was comfortable. State of the art technology. Office very clean.

I went in for pain that I didn't know where it was coming from, they took me in the same day, my appt was right on time. Everyone was very very nice, they took the time out to talk to me and show me where I was having the issue and found four other fractures that I didn't know I had, they saved me from having this happen again with those other fractures. Although all of this is going to be very expensive to fix, I can do it little by little and they have several different ways for you to pay, they were very understanding of all of it, I'm so glad I didn't go anywhere else!

Went in as a new patient, turns out I have infection and was told a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy and it would take an hour. Went to the pharmacy to pick up said prescription and they didn't have one. They never sent anything. So thanks for 2 hours wasted. I will get the dental work needed elsewhere

Lisa was so great and patient with me. I let her know before hand that i was uncomfortable coming to the dentist and nervous about today's visit. She talked me through every thing and made sure I understood what has happening to keep me comfortable.

My dental experience was spectacular. The person, Dr Irby Xiomara, who worked on me could not have been better. She fixed a dental implant problem that was done in Florida. Also she gave answers to questions that I did not get in Florida. I learned more information about the dental process, that I never new. If I new back then what I know now, I would have gone a full set of dental implants. I would like to thank the whole crew in Covington for job well done.

This was the best dentist I have been too! The staff was very clean, friendly, helpful, clear on instructions and options for care. They explained my examination thoroughly and advised best course of action. I had a great experience and have found our new dentistry for my family.
