On 11/1/2022 upper front tooth fell out. In July I paid $2300.00 for a new set of dentures. At 4pm I was eating a omelet and a tooth fell out. Called and they were closed for the day. They had me come in at 9:30. Had to drive from Bellevue to Council Bluffs again. Then I had to come back and picked up my dentures at 11:00. Hope they have it fixed for at least a little while, it's a long drive.

I have been with Aspen here in CB for a few years now. I have never had a bad experience. My dentist is great, the staff is always friendly and professional, and I would be happy to recommend any of them at any time.

I had a great experience. I called for an appointment, and was able to get seen that same day and the doctor squeezed me & got my tooth extracted that same day as well! Brittany, the doctor assistant, was amazing. She made me feel comfortable & understood my pain, she was even extra careful! I will definitely be back!

Response in timely manner. Polite, gentle, took in consideration my anxiety and listened to my pain concerns. Explains what they are going to do. Very satisfied with the people and service. I finally found a place that I can put my trust in! Thank you!

One I would give zero stars ifbI could. The amount if money this business charges is outrageous, and when you think you have it all paid ther is more and more charges. My teeth still hurt. Their deep cleaning procedures left my teeth and gums extremely sore for far mor than anyone else I've gone to. My teeth are more cold sensitive now. And the cherry on top. Called to cancel yet another deep cleaning session (600+ a pop every 3 months) which isn't covered on my dental/and they know this. The receptionist was rude and snotty, canceled the appointment (a week out) and then hung up. Not polite at all just mid sentence *click. Was also rude to my wife twice before all the treatments.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. This place is a mess, unprofessional, and does NOT listen to the patient. My mother went in to have two teeth pulled. They did this after they knew she had an infection, and this lead to an even worse infection that SPREAD TO THE BONE. After calling and explaining numerous times she was having pain and swelling all they would tell her is that it's from the teeth around the extraction. The same teeth that they told her during the appointment were healthy teeth. After several trips to the ER and seeing a different dentist I had to rush her into an oral surgeon where he had to do immediate surgery to remove PIECES OF TOOTH Aspen left behind. The oral surgeon knew before even needing to ask that she had went to aspen and had stated he had to fix NUMEROUS people for aspens mess ups. And he strongly recommended not to EVER go back. This is sad and just not right. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

Tooth ache don't cause fever - declared the receptionist and asked me to reschedule appointment, despite me telling I have severe tooth ache due to hard biting, past 3 days. It's strange, I had tooth infections earlier, that led to high body temperature. Understood their capability and commitment towards ailing patients now. Never again will i consult with aspen. Let them go back to their text books now and learn first.

I had a broken tooth, they got me in the next day and and found 2 that needed pulled. The Dr was incredibly adept, she made sure I was completely numb and I experienced NO pain during procedure. They called AND texted me to check on me the next few days. Very satisfied with their service and I had no problems with ANY of the staff. Highly recommend!!!!! 5 Star

Had very few openings for actual appointments if you work and contrary to post no emergency dentistry. They left me waiting in back to answer the phone

My initial visit was extremely professional and thorough. Brittany was a wonderful, caring, and gentle dental assistant and made the myriad of scans and xrays painless. Dr. Le recommended Invisalign which I have chosen to do. I have set up that appointment as well as a cleaning appointment. The office was flexible with scheduling appointments and setting up payment information. I am very pleased!
