I don't think this office deserve it one star ... The staff is really unhelpful they never answer the phone.... My husband had appointment for a cleaning and he didn't have the cleaning... after waiting for one hour and 30 minutes they told they were short of doctors. Don't go to this office.

By far the WORST experience we've had with a dentist. Not only are their prices RIDICULOUS, but their work leaves you with more problems than you started out with. AND they insist nothing is wrong. It wasn't until we got fed up and went somewhere else that we found out where the pain was coming from and had it taken care of, at a much better price. I NEVER write reviews, but Aspen dental has been a nightmare since the first visit. Price gouging is one thing, but insisting that there's nothing wrong with you when you are in an immense amount of pain is another. Then they keep charging you at each visit when they're the ones that caused the problem. I cannot express my frustrations enough with Aspen dental, and it's sad that some have no other options. Thank goodness we found someone else who helped us.

I went in for my first time here, and the staff was very nice. More specifically, Crystal made me feel very welcomed and not judged. Initially I was scared coming in, but she helped guide me into what would be the best route for my teeth journey. She was very kind and understanding! I would give this dentist office a 5/5 stars!!

Well finally got my denture after approximately 9 months, wore them home put in the next morning denture cutting into my top lip bleeding I called Aspen made them aware ,unbelievable the employee explained I'd have to wait 2 weeks before they could see me I pray I get through with these people soon they horrific.

Let me start by saying the hygienists were professional and wonderful. This office however will gouge you for every penny they can, whether it's telling you that you need a "hygienist cleaning" or "prescription toothpaste" I was told I needed two teeth pulled and root implants! I went to a local Dentist with over 20 yrs experience and all I need was one minor filling.
