From start to finish the Cordova place was fantastic! I went in for a routine check-up because I had a lump of infection in my jaw to my wisdom teeth. They were VERY THOROUGH in my exams, so polite, nice, reassuring, fun, funny, and listened to me well. I could tell they actually read my files too and inquired all the things when they felt it was needed. They truly care for their patients. Surgery day came and, like before, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. As if I were a close friend. Also, the place was immaculately clean. Five stars. Highly recommend! I will definitely be going back.

My first visit was just a consultation and I had to make a second appointment for my filling and then I discovered I needed a root canal and just barely got there before the Endodontist left and it was at 1:30 and my appointment was at 2:30. Now I have to go back again to get my permanent crown, this will be my last appointment at Aspen Dental. I have several crowns and have seen several dentist and I have never had to go so many times to get work done. The staff is great but the system is very lacking when it comes to delivering a service in a timely manner.

Friendly staff, awful management. Will tell you to come in at your appointment time and then make you sit there for an hour and sometimes longer. Very frustrating as an adult when you have a job, lives, and other things to tend to. Will be making the switch to another dentist due to this being a reoccurring thing here.

The entire staff made my day!!! When I say the best place to get dental care. I mean the best hands down!!! Even when it come to spending your money. The office manager help me get proper care I needed and the Doc. made sure I was getting exactly what I need vs what I won't because what you want might not be what you need!!!!! ASPEN Dental is for sure the place to go/be..!! Thanks Aspen

The only reason I'm giving 1 star Is because you have to give something to give a rating. I made an appointment and asked at the time of making the appointment could I get my cleaning done the young lady said yes I get there and was told after x-rays was done to Bill my insurance for that they could not do my cleaning because they close early on Saturday. I also explained at the time of making my appointment that I needed a Saturday because of work hours. I wish I could stand outside with a sign not to go here. But I promise I will make it my business to spread the word not to.

The one star is for the nice office manager. The very minute headed front desk lady is very rude. She is nice to people she knows by name. I've encountered her twice and both times I have questioned why she is the first face to walk in to. She needs customer service and office training skills. Keeping her is like a hole in a ship and everyone is wondering why it's sinking. Very poor skills of using treatment plans if what the patient wishes is not reflected or respected. It was A LOT of miscommunication. I also hate that they require payments for procedures right at the front desk before the procedure is even done. I didn't get anything done but ended up still paying for fillings that were miscommunicated to me. I'm debating on if it was just this location and to continue using aspen or finding another office who has workers that respect their patients.

When I tell you this was one of the greatest experiences Ive ever had a dentist office, I mean it!!! The staff is so very nice and considerate. Erica the hygienist is so sweet. She took time out to explain everything to me and my son. My son son loves this place, Crystal the office manager was very nice and informative as well. She took the time to explain everything to me about my financing and overall care my son's mouth. Dr. Johnson is one of the best dentist that anyone could have. He is caring and very patient. He did not rush me out to get to another patient, but took care of my needs and questions. He informed about my teeth care as well of my son's. He actual takes the time to listen and respond to his patients needs. They are always smiling and making you feel like they really care.

Went to have a tooth pulled. Never cared for the shots but never felt them. When it came time to pull the tooth, I could not tell the dentist pulled it. Dr Johnson and the entire staff is the best. F Kozik

I would give 0 starts if it was an option. Black Girl with the short hair at the front desk was rude as ever. No one communicates at this office and they aren't on the same page. I made sure they took my insurance before i drove all the way there. I get there and she didn't even see what type it was she shoves the card back at me saying we don't take that insurance. I asked for a manager and she refused to get the manager or even give me the manager name. This is the most unorganized and rudest place ever. They definitely need another person at the front desk especially someone who is knowledgeable.

The staff is really kind and makes you feel good about the fact that you are adressing any dental issues you may have instead of making you feel guilty about how you got there. I've struggled with my oral health for over a decade but coming here makes me feel like I won't live the rest of my life with ugly painful teeth.

The staff is unprofessional and the information that was told to me over the phone and in person was inaccurate why would I be in pain ask could you pull it just for you to talk to me for 4 hours and tell me the doctor doesn't have time I wouldn't recommend going to this office for any dental service

Very slow place. Appointment at 1:45, arrived at 1:30, and wasn't seen until 3. Over an hour in the waiting room and there were only 3 other people in here.
