I was very, very impressed especially the tech that did my x-rays and the dentist was top notch and me being a big baby never even got close to hurting me! Then the great lady in the payment department went above and beyond to help me. I have been to a lot of dentist and i can honestly say Aspen Dental blows them all away! I hate going to the Dentist, but, I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. They were very respectful and efficient. They were professional,but, also kind and really nice. I liked everyone, even the Dentist, Dr. Lopshire !! I am never leaving them !! I trust them and I know all their work will be great !

Worse service ever. I got rescheduled 5 times. The last time I was there the day before, the doctor told the receptionist to reschedule me and put a note not to move me. The day of my appointment I get a call that they need to reschedule me. I will never be back there. Very unorganized.

My first visit as a new patient - my greeting was, "We called. We have to reschedule you, today we are short staffed." But they hadn't called. I asserted that it was not professional to cancel an appointment without making positive contact with a patient. Furthermore, I had made it clear when I called I had tooth pain and needed help. At first the answer was it was the fault of the call center for not getting the number right. Then they decided to take me. Then we proceeded through 1.5 hrs of waiting and inspection and xrays... and no one had ever told me what was going on next. I had to corner a technician and ask her. Finally, I was being asked to go over a treament plan, and I brought up my pain, again, and all I got was words, words word. I got "nobody treats you the same day" -- what about the "accepting emergencies" sign on the door? "Well, we can't help you today?" Even for pain? There are specifics for my treatment they cited to refuse service to me. The office manager, Sandra, interrupted me when I complained, and she was loudly defensive. When I asked her to let me finish just one sentence, to give me the space and voice to finish complaint, she gave a sarcastic apology. I said goodbye, and left, but then came back to ask Sandra for her supervisor's contact info. I got a phone number, I called it, but the outgoing message was suspiciously absent. BTW, when I returned to the office, another customer and I had to stand outside the office to wait for the staff to unlock the doors and let us in. The staff were at lunch and had neglected to put a sign up to say so.

The staff is very very nice but we are constantly waiting for extended periods of times for our appointments. We had an appointment for 10am. We were asked to be there by 9:30 to fill out paperwork and it wasn't until 10:50 that we were actually helped. We sat in the waiting room and were told that they would be right with us but we still waited for over an hour before actually being taken to the back to get dental work done.

Went to get my cavity filled. They had overbooked the dentist working on my teeth and he had to step away. Ended up with one tooth with a gap in the filling and didn't notice til I got home because I was numbed up. And the roughness on my teeth. Now I have to hope that the next time I go is better and they can fix it. Which they will probably charge me for even though they are overbooking the dentist. Overall was I unpleased and left with work that I now have to deal with til I get home from my vacation. Should focus on one on one customer time and quality over the quantity. Only reason I will be back is because they already charged me.

The first visit was great, people were nice and they presented me with a care plan and an itemized bill for the plan. After that things went downhill quickly. I needed three more visits on the third visit they charged me an additional $200 that was not on the original care plan or itemized bill. Evidently the dentist decided to do something not on the original plan and I was given no explanation. Times for my appointments would mysteriously be changed even when I had an email verification for the original time. I had my wisdom teeth out and they didn't give me any instructions for care, just a pamphlet. There was no follow up call to check on me. I had pain for two weeks and called for help - they couldn't get me in for another week. So I'm switching dentists and not looking back.

First time visiting Aspen Dental, just moved into the area. The staff greeted me and were very kind. It is a relatively relaxed atmosphere, which is good, because I am an ornery jokester. I was treated with the greatest respect from the initial paperwork to fill out, through the treatment with the Doctor, and then the follow up at the front desk. I scheduled a rather invasive outpatient surgery without even questioning whether I was sure they could handle the task. This office will be my go to for cleanings and anything else that "pops up" as I get older. I did not even think about getting a 2nd opinion after hearing what they suggested needed done. I was in a good mood when I walked out of the office, and honestly, how many dentist's offices can boast that reality?

Even though they had to reschedule my appointment three times, I give them five stars for the actual day of my appointment. Everyone was very friendly. My team were Dr. Qaisi, Sandra, Alaina, and Kodi.

I have not been in a position to see a dentist in a long time. My teeth got really bad because of it. I have periodontal disease and its causing my teeth to rot out. When I arrived at your establishment I was greeted kindly by the receptionists. I had xrays done, then I saw a hygienist who had a great personality. Then the dentist came in. He too was wonderful. Each part of my dental work up went smoothly. I got to keet with the office manager who was very nice. My insurance wasn't going to cover everything so i was offered a way to get a loan. Luckily I was approved. Lol now I need to come up with $900 more. Whats required is extremely expensive. I return to see the hygienist on the first week of June. I actually look forward to getting to know you all better as well as having my teeth fixed at the same time. Thank you to everyone at Aspen Dental for general sincere kindness.

The staff was very friendly and helpful ...the office clean ... the staff very considerate of my handicaps, and the prices were affordable Definitely 5 star service Im going to look forward to my up coming visits
